Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Very central in the very noisy hart of the Kraljevo. And the music goes on day and night. The entrance is promising. But on all floors and in the rooms they have carpet floors that are really dirty. The windows hadn't been cleaned since ... The room was very smelly, a sewer problem that got worse during the night. Luckily they were so friendly to move us up one floor. On the third floor they have the better rooms, even with a closed balcony, so the noise completely disappeared. The breakfast was poor and for diner our group got two evenings the same food.

The hotel is located in the city center close to all the restaurants and coffee shops. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Rooms are good value for money and includes breakfast. The bed is very comfortable. I had a good sleep.

I understand that in a small town like Kraljevo you dont have many choices but the owners of this hotel should try more to satisfy their quests. The carpet in the room was old and should have been replaced. The options in breakfast do not provide any variety and in case you are a vegan like my wife then there are not any options. Even the fruits that are cheap in Serbia were not provided in a number to satisfy their quests. When we asked more fruits during breakfast the personnel was very rude.

Hotel is situated in the center of Kraljevo, just by the main square. It has its own parking space. Hotel is new renovated, not too costly, clean and bed is very comfortable! Breakfast is full choise, but only reproach is no fresh squized orange juice and coffee is not so good. Also, hotel is Wifi free! Very nice experience, hope will come back again!

Nismo zeleli da budemo gosti hotela posle usluge koju smo doziveli u caffeu hotela. Hotel ima fantasticnu lokaciju, medjutim usluga je takva da postanete nostalgicni za kvalitetom. Krenucu od prljavih stolova, zvucnika koji rade pa ne rade, pa krce, gostima nije na raspolaganju meni na engleskom. Solja kratkog espresa je imala vise kafe po ivici solje nego u solji, limunadu sam dobila u PLASTICNOJ casi! Tost je bio sa salatom koja je bila gorka, club sendvic mog supruga se raspadao sa sve bajatim krompirom koji je bio posluzen sa strane, u ovom slucaju je bio samo kao dekoracija posto nije jestiv. Konobar kao konobar, uklopljen u ceo ambijent, vise nezadovoljan nego zadovoljan. Jako sam razocarana, mogu misliti kakve su im sobe i usluga u hotelu. Moram da naglasim da je pre dve godine usluga bila na mnogo visem nivou i da menadzment ne uvidja jako velike propuste.
We did not want to be the guests of the hotel after the service that we had in the hotel cafe . Hotel has a fantastic location , however the service is such that you become nostalgic for quality. I will start with dirty tables, speakers which work and after 5 min do not work , and then making noise , menu on English is not available . Cup for short espresso had more coffee around the edges than in the cup, i got lemonade in the plastic glass! Toast was with salad that was bitter , club sandwich that my husband eat was falling apart with old potato which was served on the side, in this case it was only as a decoration because it wasn't eatable. The waiter as a waiter , is embedded throughout the environment , the more dissatisfied than satisfied. I'm very disappointed , I can imagine how are the rooms and services at the hotel. I must say that two years ago the service was on a much higher level and that management does not see very big failures .

I spent 3 nights and it was almost a nightmare, I was at the room 121. First, the bed was really uncomfortable, it's like sleeping on the floor. 2nd, they put the music all night long, outside and inside the hotel (there are public toilets close to our room with music inside). I needed to wake up at 4am in the morning and ask to turn down the volume. The receptionist said that breakfast (good food) was include, at the check out they charged us but the worst thing was the laundry!! Almost 100e for 1 machine, she said the price was in the room but NOT... I think the only good point is the location that's it. Hotel Turist trap

Hotel Turist is the most wonderful hotel in this little town Kraljevo. I am going there every summer on work, and i really enjoy my stay in Turist hotel. Rooms are luxury, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The Panorama restaurant have a wonderful pizza and a lot ot taste meals. The hotel is in the top center of the town, where everything is close to you. I really love this hotel!

Placed on the main square in Kraljevo, Hotel Turist is the best place to stay. It`s renovated, clean, with very pleasant and helpful service. Bed we very hard but comfortable, I had a good nite sleep and in the bathroom was plenty of accessories that like tooth brush, calm, shower cap etc, there was also bathrobe available. On the rooftop there is a great pizzeria with proper wooden stove and excellent pizza, for every recommendation. Parking and wireless is free, only downer is not very nice smell coming from the bathroom, my colleague had the same problem so they probably have problem with drain. We came late for breakfast so there was not much left, so better get up early :) All in all Hotel Turist is best that Kraljevo has to offer so go for it!

Hotel located on the Serbian Warriors Square in the middle of Kraljevo, at the focal meeting point of the pedestrian roads and main shopping area. Great central location - Free parking included at the back of the hotel with easy access from the road - Park and you will do everything on foot from there on. Free WIFI is also available in the room. Great Pizzeria and restaurant with a great view over the square on the 5th floor on the roof, accessible from the hotel directly. The bed was very hard, but I prefer it that way, although if you do not like a hard bed, you will suffer :-) Breakfast is also included and offers a variety of cold and hot dishes to start the day, but food in Serbia is always good and plentiful for anyone who likes meat. Very comfortable clean room and bathroom, with a balcony on the main round square. Desk for working and decent sized cable television (with National Geographic Channel - most movies and TV series play in English with Serbian subtitles).

After staying at a perfect 4 star hotel in Belgrade, this was a great disappointment! They say they provide wifi in the rooms but I had no signal at all! I was given a single room that looked like a jail! No decoration, no frames, nothing.,.. just 4 empty walls! It was so depressing!! Carpet was dirty... bathroom was old..there were writings on the walls. The corner of the shower was black (check photos). Breakfast was very basic. The edges of the cheese cuts were hard... apparently they were used the previous morning! No hot chocolate and the worst of all no hot milk! Most of our group travellers were drinking their coffee cold!! I don't consider it a luxury to serve hot milk at a 4 star hotel! When our group, asked for it, they simply said there is no hot milk! No waiter during breakfast. When I needed to order something I had to knock the kitchen door and ask someone to come out and take the order! The cherry on the cake is that at this hotel you cannot have a shower whenever you want... simply because hot water is available occasionally. When I complained at the reception, the receptionist simply said "but we provided your group already with enough water"....she added "Please take your shower after dinner!!". Well, you can get your conclusions after all this. Definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!
