We were due to stay in a fully paid in advance apartment this week, however a government imposed travel ban forced us to cancel our booking of course. Despite repeated requests for a refund or reschedule, this business refuses to practice any kind of compassion or good business practice. There are so many other wonderful businesses who are relaxing their rules in light of the current situation. This business is money hungry and are propping up their business with my hard earned money. Shame on them!
This place doesn't even deserve one star! Extremely POOR customer service. Terrazze doesn't care about the safety and health of their guests. They only care about making money. Hokkaido is in a state of emergency and the Governor is urging all residents to stay home. Terrazze is unwilling to offer any refund but instead wants to put visitors at risk. I will NOT be returning, and would NEVER recommend this hotel to any friends. I will take my business elsewhere, such as AYA, who has offered full refunds for their guests!
Excellent staff, luxurious amenities, location is superb plus the glorious Mount Yotei view in your living room is a dream. Restaurant recommendations are curated well. Ask the hotel staff to run the fireplace and your evening will be most memorable shared with your family around the cozy room.
Terrazze Niseko was a gem of a place. Our room had a stunning view of Mount Yotei, which we could only see when it wasn't endlessly dumping Japow on Niseko. The facilities were wonderful, a generous and well-planned ski room, and helpful and attentive staff. Our suite had great furnishings, fast internet, what more do you want after a fantastic day of snowboarding?
We had four adults in the two BR apartment which was compact but big enough to be comfortable. Appliances (euro) and finishes (granite) were very high standard. There was a separate room for drying skis/boots etc. which was modern, spacious and well set out. The on-site receptionist and concierge booked restaurants and trips as well as drove us tot he shop and slopes - basically on call for most of the day, which was very handy as the apartment is mid village so too far to walk to the mountain each morning. However there is also a good bus service, so in the absence of Pat/Andrew, we were able to get the shuttle almost to our door at the end of the days skiing.
