Lovely hotel in arguably the best location in Niseko. Hotel is one of the newest on the street. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable too. I like the fact is has a washing machine so after lots of skiing and exercise you can do your laundry. Ski in ski out ability is a massive plus and having lockers in the basement is very convenient too. Onsen is a big plus as well as the new spacious gym with all the equipment you need for a decent workout. Restaurant is ok and do a good set lunch. Although I feel the breakfast is not overly impressive. Offering is quite limited. I’ve had better in cheaper Japanese business hotels tbh. Hotel is also walking distance to Rythm if you choose to rent there. Staff are helpful and always courteous.

To the wonderful team at Sansui Niseko. WOW! On behalf of my family and I, we would like to thank you for a most wonderful & memorable stay. Our room, that we shared with our two teenage children, was superb and fitted out beautifully. The views were stunning, stunning, stunning! The ski in - ski out was a huge benefit. The hotel was located close to the 'intersection', close to the shops and restaurants. The onsens were delightful after a day of skiing. The ski staff were very helpful and the ski lockers ideal. Weeven used the gym, overlooking the slopes. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant worth a visit. There was even a small deli, cafe that was stocked well. The staff - elegantly polite, helpful and respectful. Congratulations on the opening in Nov 2022 and we wish you all the very best, We look forward to coming back. Warm Regards.…

首先非常感謝經理Yuko和前台Amanda 的幫助。真的特別感謝Amanda,在旺季如果不提前預定真的很難訂到餐廳，但有一兩天我們確實沒有想好吃什麼所以沒有提前訂，但是Amanda還是會幫我們一家家確認有沒有空位(超耐心的)，也推薦我們去了一些餐廳，推薦的幾家都很好吃。😋😋 酒店設施 Ski in /out 真的很方便。👍辦理入住的當天，前台的工作人員會幫我把雪具先存到ski locker裡面，很貼心。每天從房間換好衣服到basement拿上我的裝備就可以從酒店直接滑向雪場！ 酒店的房間 房間很大，裝修也很好看，把窗簾拉好，對著Yotei 就很容易出片！ 👀我特別喜歡他們放紙巾的盒子，還有洗手間的小托盤。 浴室的洗護產品味道很特別，也好用！酒店還提供了護膚品，聽說是當地的牌子純天然的，真的也很好用。 酒店的餐廳 在酒店裡面有兩家餐廳 Sushi shin ：這家一定要提前訂位，我和我的小夥伴提前定才訂到的。真的很好吃，一定要去試一試！強烈推薦！😋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Lupicia: 除了早餐和午餐可選擇的種類比較少，晚餐可以自由點菜，推薦crab cake,一口下去都是蟹，幸福感滿滿。 酒店的活動 酒店每天5點到6點都有活動，我特別喜歡那個畫達摩的活動，感覺很有趣。還去體驗了日本的茶道，樂器，毛筆，還有和服👘哈哈 玩的很開心 最後check out的時候酒店還很貼心送上了小禮物，特別喜歡那個護目鏡的防護套，好看~總之在Sansui Niseko住的 吃的 用的 玩的 等等等都很開心😃明年還要再來住Sansui!

I have stayed about 8 different hotels in Niseko, and I think this one was one of the best. It is a new hotel that has just opened this season and it's on located on Hirafu hill, very close to .Base Grand Hirafu. Here are pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location location location! Ski in and out. As we have two small children, this means a lot for us. I didn't need to carry around the stuff, I could come straight back to my home sweet home from the slope. 2. I loved their bed. I checked the mattress brand and it was by Japanese luxury bedding brand called "Takumi Otsuka". Very comfortable. And I loved the down feather pillow that I could sink down to heaven. Also, they use mattress pad with down feather! I loved it. 3. I loved their little amenities. I had never heard of this skin care brand called "Icor" they put in the bath but I fell in love with the products. I ended up shopping their products in Niseko! Also the shampoo, conditioner and soap, they all felt amazing. 4. Staff were very helpful. Whenever I needed something, they were eager to bring anything to our room. Very efficient staff. 5. Breakfast tasted amazing. Cons: 1. I loved their breakfast though, as they only had 2 options, it gets boring after a few days. 2. Also at the breakfast, the coffee machine took us 2-3 mins a cup and they only had 1 machine. That needs to be changed. 3. The doors in the room were so heavy that one of my kid got caught in the door. but then I heard that they need to have those thick doors for fire safety reason so maybe they can't be changed... Overall, we had the most comfortable stay ever in Niseko.…
