Hangetsu is a great modern apartment in Niseko Hirafu, it is located in the lower part of the village however this is a plus as it is quieter, away from the busy main area, but easy walking distance uphill towards the bars and restaurants. The ski resort base area is a bit further, but walking distance if you are keen or there is a free resort shuttle bus which stops just at the top of the road. We had a car - so the free (limited) parking spaces out front were a plus, and a quick drive to each of the resort base areas where there is free parking. The apartment is modern and well proportioned, a full kitchen with everything you need, living room with Apple TV to connect to your laptop. The bathroom is adequate with the all essential Japanese toilet seat. One negative was that the cable TV didnt seem to work properly, with hardly any working channels. However I'm sure this could have been fixed if we had asked - we were happy enough with streaming using the Apple TV. Highly recommended for a stay in Niseko and especially if you are visiting the ski resort in winter.…
