Absolute Niseko was an absolute gem of a location and price! I cannot rave on more about the central location! But the creature comforts such as comfortable beds to sleep in and semi noise proof walls were left to be desired! We had a private 3 person room during our stay and it was large enough for us and did the job, but dam the beds were awful! Between the poor quality of the beds and the paper thin walls it was a hard to catch a good nights sleep after a long exhausting day on the mountain.

We stayed here in Feb 2018 for 5 nights and it beat our expectations. We got a private room that came with two twin beds. The room was small and basic, but for what we paid, we felt it was worth it. The beds were comfy, the room was cosy and warm thanks to floor heating and there was ample closet space. The room was pretty soundproof, so you don't hear your neighbors. Toilets are clean and you meet interesting people if you hang out in the common area. There's ski storage room for your gear. The location is close to the slopes and near a wide variety food. Try the ramen right opposite the road and the cheese tart cart just a few steps away. The only downside is the free breakfast. It's way too simple and basic. Buy groceries from the store and cook it up yourself.

Ok, where do I start.... Let's start with the positives. The best thing about this place was the closeness to the ski lifts. You didn't have to walk far to strap on and your off. That was the only good thing about this place. Next.... I was totally disgusted with the show they were running. Upon arrival, the first impression was, this place smelled pretty bad.

If you're in Niseko for the snow then this is a great place to stay. The staff are enormously helpful - the location is perfect (ski out & a 2 minute walk back). The room was very clean as were all the amenities. If you're looking for good value for money then stay here....and the breakfasts are good too.
