Lovely clean hotel…nice people… at over £160 for one night expected so much more then was delivered. Sadly let down by terrible food, underwhelming bar and non functional technology (tv/WiFi/thermostat). Most disappointingly I tried to discuss issues at the hotel and by email both of which resulted in zero engagement. Would never usually leave a bad review for anything if the provider showed an interest in resolving or at least improving in the future but sadly on this occasion not the case. Avoid. Imperfect is ok but this was ridiculous.

Recently refurbished and rooms were lovely, food in the restaurant was excellent as was the food for breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately the hotel let it’s self down with the attention to detail in the morning when attending breakfast. The current COVID restrictions could have been dealt with better as there seemed to be confusion on adhering to the current guide lines. Both myself and my wife felt uncomfortable during our breakfast. The hotel would have achieved a 5 star review had it not been for this.

Good parking. Friendly staff The room was beautiful, tasteful decor and a very comfortable bed. The ensuite was lovely. The food was well cooked . You had to pre-order an hour before and when it came it looked as if it had stood for a while. Breakfast was good too. The most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip around the NC500

The views from the room (with a sea view) were wonderful, exactly what I had hoped for. The rooms are spacious, very clean and newly decorated, if a little sparse (3 coat hangers really isn't enough) and the lack of an iron was inconvenient, We stayed for 6 nights for 4 of these we had very noisy people in the room next to us. The staff are very helpful and polite and breakfast was substantial and nicely cooked. On one evening we ate in the restaurant but the food was not of the same standard, we chose to eat out for the rest of our stay. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we had a thoroughly lovely holiday. I would stay there again but because of the noisy neighbours it would be for a max 2 nights.

The views of Skye are breathtaking! I will come back and stay here every chance I get! Next time I hope it is longer than 2 days! Best hotel in the Highlands!
