Mouans --Sartoux is a little quaint old town about 10 minutes from the famous town of Grasse.

The old part of Mouans--Sartoux is approx. 6 by 8 blocks and it is all pretty, lined with interesting restaurants.

Smack in the middle of town is the Hotel CasaBella.

Its Manager, Patricia runs the show and makes sure things get done and done right on time. Staff is small and efficient under her watchful eyes.

The Hotel has a 2nd floor veranda where the 8 euro breakfast is served. It consists of small croissant, baguette, jamon, cheese, fruit and cereal. Not lavish, but absolutely sufficient to get you going in the morning. Breakfast starts at 7.30.

Rooms and bathrooms are modern and very clean. No USB charging outlets, so bring your connectors.
Mattresses are absolutely awesome. At least, that was the case in my room.

Hotel has a 6-8 car parking lot in the back. But waare, you have to make a tight turn into an alley and negotiate the small space cautiously. So, smaller car is the preferred choice.

WI-FI is available and ample for your needs.

In same building you will find a kiosk with post cards and cigarettes. Also, a small supermarker and Bar where you may order food and a beer with great tasting olives.

Great place all around.

We loved this hotel, what a gem! We were so glad when we found it because we couldn't find any other hotels in the area that suited us. It has recently been renovated and has a fresh and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I'm a wheelchair user so we had an accessible room and it was lovely. The size of the bathroom is just amazing. The breakfast area on the roof was fantastic. Also how awesome the location was surprised us. It's lovely to walk around the area, loads of restaurants and so on and even a cinema within an easy walking distance. The restaurant run by the hotel owners next door was also sooo good. The hotel was very clean, the staff were great. My boyfriend was extra happy about Charlie the little hotel dog (we love dogs). I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. I'm just sad that we couldn't stay longer, will definitely come again if we ever come back to this part of France. Special thanks to the wonderful owner who came to our rescue on a very difficult day!

For wheelchair users the front door might be a problem since it doesn't open automatically. You need a helper with you to get in (put in a code and push the door). Acess is step-free.

Our room was nice, modern and clean. Terrace breakfast room was a very nice bonus for this time of year. Did not understand why the trains no longer ran but buses traveled every half hour to Grasse and Cannes.
