We (2 adults and an 11 yr old Jakub) made this as a late booking in December 2016 and stayed in the Rosemary room. The staff were so attentive (even on our late arrival). Very friendly and went out of their way to satisfy our requirements.
The ROOM we stayed in was of a mezzanine style, with double bed, kitchenette, shower room and balcony on the first floor and the 3 single beds in the second floor loft (almost like a secret hideaway for the little ones).
There is plenty to keep you occupied if you don't want to venture out, a sauna, kids play room and cinema room with many films to choose from. Unfortunately the cinema room wasn't available during our stay but the staff were keen to meet our needs and let us watch a movie in the kids play room, where we enjoyed a cheeky bottle of prosecco!
The BREAKFAST is very satisfying - plenty of cheeses and meats with toast, cereal yogurts, coffee and tea to keep you going beyond lunch time! The restaurant is also open in the evening and apparently the meals change often to keep the menu fresh.
The VIEWS are fantastic and you could be forgiven for not wanting to leave your apartment, with snow covered mountain tops on the not-too-distant horizon. We did manage to tear ourselves away to do a bit of exploring. Plenty of restaurants near by and snow tubing/skiing adventures to be had by all.
Most of the time I wasn't sure if I was in Poland, Italy or, to be honest, anywhere! A great place to escape to! We would definitely book here again
We loved our stay at Villa Toscana. Our room was comfortable and clean with a brilliant view to the Tatra Mountains. The garden outside our door was a perfect spot for our picnic lunch and to sit and relax in the sun. The view of the mountains was spellbinding!
We enjoyed an evening meal at the Villa and breakfast was really excellent with lots of choices. The staff were really helpful, especially with information about walks nearby. We also enjoyed an excellent sauna for just the two of us. Such a treat! We loved it all and stayed an extra night. We were sorry to move on.
This was my second time to Zakopane, but the first time for us both in Villa Toscana. I was so glad I chose this over the last hotel, as it was more suited to our needs and the staff and quality of how they kept the rooms were well above our expectations. I really loved my time here, but it was mostly the staff that helped me feel right at home from day one. It has to have some of the best views of surroundings of the area as it is a little more secluded than being right in the center of Zakopane, but with the bus being so regular, it made us feel like we weren't missing out on anything at all. The food was great and was well cooked and plenty of it to accommodate our different tastes and the cinema room gave me a chance to while away the hours before going into the city to enjoy the night life. I went with Sunshine World Holidays again for a split holiday with 2 days in Krakow, but preferred Zakopane if I am honest. This villa was recommended to us because of our change in requirements, but was an absolute steal for the price. Thanks so much to Kasia for her recommendations for where to go and Greg for being a great guide for the time we were there. I would definitely go back here again and would recommend to those wanting a nice place to stay whilst soaking in the sites of this great part of Poland.
Came for a long weekend after our planned ski vacation was abruptly cancelled with the slope being closed due to lack of snow. We loved our first stay so much, that this was the only other place we considered (and we had been only 5 months prior). The room is fantastic, and perfect for relaxing in, even the whole day, just enjoying the view.
This time around the restaurant was open, and we couldn't be happier! The menu was diverse, (though for myself i stuck with the shrimp linguine twice! Served spicy, this was absolutely fantastic!). The appetizers, main courses, and deserts are flavorful, fresh, and prepared and presented with skill. Our previous time here we were forced to go to "another" Italian restaurant, and still regret it. Even if you're not staying the night, the restaurant at Villa Toscana is superb, and the best in terms of food that you'll find in Murzasichle.
We'll definitely be back again.
Just spent a wonderful weekend here for my girlfriend's birthday. Stayed in the pink suite, and it was wonderful. A wonderful room, the Tuscan-style was warm and inviting. Murzasichle is a beautiful little village, and a wonderful place to go and relax. The staff was fantastic, catering to our special requests, and being warm and outgoing throughout the stay. The breakfast was very nice, with several choices of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and home made jams. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner while we were there, but the staff was able to arrange deserts for us. There are several restaurants in the town, but i would have much preferred to go to Villa Toscana's, the reviews are fantastic. I would recommend installing screens on the windows.
