Myself, partner& toddler stayed in apartment 104 in the el nautico suites in golf del sur tenerife from 12th may to 6th June.
The apartments itself is a 1 bedroom apartment, has everything you need from towels, all cutlery tv in bedroom and lounge. It is one floor down from reception entrance and ground level/swimming pool lEvelyn from the apartment itself. Upon opening the terrace patio doors there is a large table and chairs and you are able to walk straight out in to the gardens and swimming pool. When we arrived in did clean the apartment and bathroom as it looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. The bathtub and sinks needed a good scrub then looked better.
Nice place 24 hour reception no problems.
On the plus side, the El Nautico Suites are lovely, beautiful views, nice
gardens very clean common areas and helpful staff. However, the apartment we stayed in was not particularly clean, it could have done with a good scrub of the kitchen units and fridge. There was leftover food and dirty ice left in the freezer. The dishwasher was problematic. No cleaner came in while we were there.
The bathroom urgently needs overhauling and really let the unit down. We were only given 2 frayed and elderly towels each for personal use and two ancient, faded beach towels. I bought some towels to supplement this. The unit is well-equipped and beautifully situated but very badly managed.
The gym and sauna are only available if you pay - can't remember how much as we didn't use them.
excellent appartments , most owned privately and rented out. a two bedroom apartment one has on-suite and one shared toilet shower bathroom . large pool , small gym facility , everything clean , quiet and friendly. handy if you have an interest in playing golf, bowls, walking and enjoy good food and drink.
When a 17 year old stand on the balcony and says 'this is the best view in the world' it says it all!! This is 2nd time we have visited here 10 years ago and now in 2015. The suites are as fresh and clean as ever. Perfect position for shops, restaurants. There is a lovely ice cream parlour 5 minutes walk away, supermarket 10 minute walk away with plenty of other gift shops etc. The swimming pool area is great and there is wi fi in the lobby area which I could also (just about) pick up by the pool. There is also of course Terrace bar to get a nice cold beer (or two) and there is now a newly opened restaurant opened in the downstairs area which is highly recommended. Would recommend and will defiantly not be leaving it 10 years to return again!
We stayed at this lovely complex for a week in early April in apartment 310 which is a beautiful two bedroomed corner property. The apartment has two bathrooms, a wonderful open plan living space, a good sized kitchen and fabulous wraparound corner balcony. There are good quality linens and towels provided and an excellent cleaning service can be independently arranged with Reception. The larger bathroom has jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle and both bathrooms are beautifully fitted in marble. With so much glass and stunning views from all windows the apartment feels beautifully light and airy all day long.
In the complex, there is a large landscaped pool area and fitness suite. The main restaurant was closed during our visit however we adored the glass walled Terrace Cafe. Food was excellent and Italian cappuccinos delicious. Happy hour from 5-7 was a great way to end a day. Staff in El Nautico are delightful, knowledgable and helpful. Wifi is available within the main Reception although not in the apartment. Communal areas were kept in a pristine condition by attentive staff. We loved staying in this complex and hope to return.
