Cannot fault this hotel. Amazing location, one of very few hotels overlooking the lake. Five minutes to the town centre one way, five minutes to the beach the other way. The pool is lovely and gets the sun nearly all day, as is the sun terrace above the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool.
Stayed in a triple room which was a good size. Very clean with all facilities we needed. Bathroom could be a little larger but cannot complain for the price you pay.
Stayed on the third floor which had two large terraces with sunbeds and chairs which was quiet most of the day, with great views of the sunset.
The staff were all wonderful and so helpful and friendly.
The hotel was so much better than we expected and really made our trip that little bit extra special! Would love to return here again soon.
This is an amazing hotel! It is location is perfect with wonderful views of the lake! Is is so clean! Our room had an huge balcony which was a highlight to enjoy the views.
Breakfast was brillant lots of choice !
I have to mention in particular the staff who were all so pleasant especially Madeline at reception she was a real star and always smiling!
Will definitely be back !
The hotel was ok. I had expected more from the good reviews. The room was not as good as it looked in the pictures.
The service was ok. However the did not accept card payment for meals or drinks and you could not put it on the room either. The meals where microwaved food.
The parking was a good thought but it is horrible. The parking is surrounding another building and had extremely small spaces where no normal sized car could fit, only mini models. It was nearly impossible to drive around the building because of the small space. We got out rental car scratched there.
The pool was very nice and the lake view. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the city center.
On our first visit to Lake Garda we could not have picked a better hotel for our seven day visit.
We had a third floor room with a private balcony facing the lake, what a beautiful view!
The hotel is near to the town but far enough away for peace and quiet, it is within easy walking distance of the harbour and town centre with all the shops and restaurants.
The breakfast is superb with all you want and more if you ask. The coffee is great and the service very efficient and courteous with staff having great attention to detail.
The no smoking room was spotless and cleaned each day with a mini bar and free water. The bed was king size and very comfortable.
No troubles with parking or getting a sun bed around the spotlessly maintained pool.
Airport transport door to door is 50 euros which is cheaper than any internet bookable deal, just walk out of Verona airport straight to a cab. The hotel reception staff have great knowledge of trips and events in and around the town.
I would have no hesitation in booking this again.
We arrived from the airport on the ATV bus number 164 that takes you to Peschiera del Garda railway station. There were no taxis around at all when we arrived. However, if you call the number for taxis displayed outside the station a taxi can be ordered. It is only a short drive to the hotel from the station. Check in was friendly and efficient. We went in the lift up to our room and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the terrace outside. It was easily large enough for the two sun beds, table and chairs and offered a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The room was a decent size and had a very comfortable and large bed. There was a reasonable amount of storage space, a TV and a small fridge. There was also a kettle for tea and coffee making too as well as a room safe. The bathroom was clean and had a good size shower stall. The hotel did not provide an evening meal, however there are numerous restaurants within a 10 - 20 minute walk offering a variety of choices and prices. Breakfast was good, with plenty of food in the continental style of cheese, meats, cereal and fruit. The offer was not as extensive as some large hotels but most people would have been catered for. There were towels in the room to use by the pool, which we did on one occasion. It was a welcome place to cool off as the temperature was hitting 32C. Its only a ten minute walk from the hotel to the pier where you can get tickets for slow boats, fast cats or hydrofoils to take you on the lake. You can also hire your own speed boat as well. There's plenty of gelateria in Peschiera and the quality of the ice cream was excellent. On leaving the hotel booked us a taxi to take us to the railway station and from there it was only about 15 minutes on the train to the central station in Verona.
