3.5 stay really. Despite renovation, lobby & halls look grim. No swimming pool in hot TX?! No privacy in business ctr. Be aware pets accepted here. But had great nights of sleep. Comfortable bed, w/soft sheets, great pillows. Wished it had alarm clock; used my phone. Loved you're given a choice of firm & soft pillows. Delightfully surprised by plush & absorbent bath towels, not thin & scratchy like in some hotels. Queen suite had spacious bathrm, 2 closets, & plenty storage for long stays. A well-designed kitchen stocked w/nicer cook & dishware than expected. 2 burner stove worked fine for my purposes. Door handles to the fridge & microwave were loose from over use.
The suite layout is perfect for small family vacay or business trip. However, the kitchen & living rm furniture were bit old, dingy & worn. FYI,sofa bed contains a full size mattress. Scratches on coffee table. One pantry shelf broken. Looked like old drapes. There is a hair dryer,dishwasher, full size freezer/fridge & 2 TVs (only 1 remote), iron, full-sized ironing board. Lighting in the kitchen/dining too dim for me. Big dining area doubles as desk.
Gym/laundry rm. were OK. You can have a sufficient workout w what's there. Wish both did not occupy same space, separated by a 1/2 wall. Irked that 2 of 3 washing machines worked ALL WEEK & guests left clothes in machines unattended for hrs.

I am also delighted to see you loved the absorbent towels and found our suite to be spacious. I am sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the lobby's condition and the lack of privacy at the business center.
