The hotel is actually trying to follow CDC recommended COVID practices in public areas (face masks, sanitizing stations, cleaning high touch areas). Also, they have a breakfast-to-go (muffin, apple, granola bar). The front desk personnel were really nice. That's where it stopped. The washcloths had hair on them. There were stands of hair on the floor and shower. The pillows were lumpy and hair was on the sheets. The room felt dirty. We went to to local dollar store and had to qipe everything down. I also bought linen to sleep and bathe. However, the exceptional customer service could not be overlooked. The front desk were really nice and efficient. Suggest new cleaning tools, a thorough deep cleaning of the entire hotel and new linen. Also, get a new washer and dryer to remove previous guest hair. Pic of lumpy "firm" pillow and one of the many hairs left behind.

We travel to Columbia a good bit always staying the same place, this time we stayed here and there was no disappointment. The staff was friendly and accommodating.. the room was big and comfy. We’ll stay again for sure!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night. Got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent complimentary breakfast with numerous hot options. Not exactly Downtown. Would stay again.

The hotel staff is drilling and hammering in the room next door, We ask them to stop doing it because I need to sleep and the front manager named "Ali" said " This is not possible and we do not have any other room. So everyone that was complaining about this situation receives a "WE DON'T CARE" answer by the Hotel Staff. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL if you want to be able to sleep or be mistreated. Also, the landscaping service started at 7:00 AM to cut and blow the grass so it was super noisy.

We were there for one night with others for a company meeting. Meeting was not there. Motel is fine looking building and location. Little hard to find for not much in signage on the two streets it face. The building does not face a street, rather it faces the parking lot.

It is a good looking building. Employees were friendly. They have boxes stacked in many places in halls, room ice machine is in and around the front desk. Was told they have been working on it for a while. Notice else they are distracting. Breakfast was decent. Would say above average. The negative: road noise was terrible and we were on the fouth floor. Sounded like a race track all night long. They need to either install heavy curtains to at least reduce the noice or something. I talked with two others of our meeting group and they said the same thing. IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY THERE DO ONE OR BOTH OF THESE, be sure your room faces the parking lot or have ear plugs TV would have to be really loud to drown the road noise. Again we were on the fourth floor and some others were lower and we all had same complaint.
I was classed by the chain later in the day about joining their members club,,,what no asked on how my stay was? Not impressive.
