Enjoyed stayed here for the 1st time this year for Bday.
Our room had such a beautiful view of mountains & pool side. Enjoyed watching sunrise in the morning.
“The Willows Restaurant” became our favorite dinner restaurant to come while coming to Solvang area. All of our meals were so tasty. Seafood Jackpot & steak are must to try! Loved their jarapeno cucumber margarita! Great service from the front desk & restaurant.
Casino machine was winning on my Bday!
We’ll coming back more & more.

very helpful and friendly staff. even with the virus going on they made it feel like you weren't missing anything. beautiful rooms and a fantastic pool. I will definitely travel the extra hour it takes me to get there over the two others I used to visit. I had a great time and can't wait to go back, the most fun I have had at a casino/resort in a long time.

2nd trip to the hotel. The rooms are good size and we had a balcony that over looked the valet area. Not loud at all and was nice to sit outside. The water pressure in the shower was not very good we called matanence but they never came. We were oy there for one night so not to big of a deal. Covid protocols were very good and all were wearing mask. Did not get to the pool this trip but it is very nice. Overall a good stay and will be back.

Very nice stay. Rooms, grounds, and casino very clean. Covid protocol seems well implemented and taken seriously by staff. Pool area is great. I have heard some complaints about the hotel policy change that no longer allow kids in pool area. From what I have witnessed on stays prior to the new policy is that it appeared kids were being left unattended and many times in large numbers. Also many seemed to not be staying at the hotel and invited buy someone who was perhaps a guest. Therefor I can understand the policy change.

We canceled Vegas trip as Aria s spa closed and we felt better to be a 90 minute drive from home .We’ve been coming since ‘94 when they were in tent.
Rooms nice w balcony. Masks throughout and temp checks and sticker ok shirt allowed you on floor and pool area nice pool w only 6 at time pool. Jacuzzis closed. Did laps and enjoyed music and sun.
Willows fine dining restaurant good. Cocktails & wedge salad and lamb chops we split for our 38 th anniversary. Wait staff nice and outside dining. Limited video poker , only in non smoking room. Center bar video poker shut down. You can walk up and get drinks. Buffet closed as all are Calif & Nevada. Cafe closed. Grab go at “ Starbucks “
Snacks & soda & beer gift shop. Food court ( w eating allowed in Old bingo area tables concert hall.
Not great ; they have bbq, tacos, pizza , burgers , Chinese food ( like Panda Express) my brisket salty and greasy , wife’s tacos small meat grisly. My breakfast burrito not very tasty. In room coffee Wolfgang puck was surprisingly good. Wife lost $2000 that’s breaks . She won $5000 last fall when we came up for power outages in our neighborhood.
Wish they had better air flow for smoking. There were dividers between machines. Next time going to place with no gaming.

Wish I could answer that but we do not have children so have a hard time relating. Will say the casino is great, big and lots of machines and tables. The CAFE is a good place to eat and there are a few places in town that are good too. Good luck with the children.
