Rooms are clean, service is excellent, good location, easy Access, The gym is well equiped, the pool size is enoufh for training, the buffet is complete including desserts and different fruit options.
Nice hotel with good rooms, excellent helpful staff and great location. Highly recommend the coffee shop nearby too.
Breakfast was nicer over the weekend.... the scrambled eggs were excellent then, less so in the week. Breakfast is included. And he lunch there looked super, but I never tried it.
TV channels only had 2 English news channels (CNN AND BLOOMBERG) but you might be lucky and find an English movie with subtitles.
Shower amazing, excellent water pressure and nice and clean.
Room walls somewhat thin, the Sunday morning 'dawn chorus' was really not what I expected to hear. Glad I didn't have to explain that to any children.
Really really could have used a coffee machine in my room. Apparently it is unusual in SP but international travelers kind if need that caffeine fix before getting dressed. I think there was free espresso in the lobby, but I'm not sure they would appreciate me in my PJ's
Comfy beds, great sized rooms, lots of storage and a kitchin sink with microwave if you needed that (hence it seems odd to skip a kettle or coffee maker. )
Good stocked minibar fridge, but there is a supermarket real close by.
Pool looked inviting (it's on the roof) but less inviting in the chilly rain of winter. Good selection of gym equipment if that is your thing.
I stayed here for 10 days. Its in a nice location. The front desk speak good English.
The gym , sauna and pool is well maintained. Internet speed is fast. Rooms are very big and spacious. The hotel gave complementary chocolates everyday . I recommend this hotel.
Hotel is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood not far away from the entire hospital complex (with cemetery, which is worth a visit, and a huge flea market with many antiquities down the hill on Teodoro). Receptionists friendly, but their English is not the best, or not existent. Room is huge, with tv, fridge, large storage space, but no coffee or tea maker. Bed is very big, but I disliked the mattrass, which felt like plastic. Comforter very thin; so, without an extra blanket it would have been too cold (Sept.). Wifi often broke down, and even the hotel tech people did not know what to do. But in the reception they tried hard to help me. Breakfast is a decent buffet with scrambled eggs, hot sausages, ham, cheese (not the best), fruit (always guava, melon, pine apple), oj, a variety of cakes and sweets. On the roof top a fairly long but narrow pool, plus sauna and exercise room. Overall, good experience.Quiet room, so I got good sleep.
Good instalation, large rooms. Has a good Coffee break in the morning. The pool was under renovation. The receptionists are not sompaticos, but other officials yes. Clear and near to downtown. They gived chocolates in the afternoon.
