Our room (#6) on the third floor was spacious as was the bathroom, and quiet. Everything needed was provided, including stainless steel water bottles for refilling. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the hotel and in the restaurant. The restaurant, Lola, is lovely and the food scrumptious for breakfast and for dinner. Convenient location for walking Casco Virgo.

We visited for three nites and were very pleased with the room, small balcony and excellent location and service. The staff is wonderful and provided great advice on where to walk and places to visit with helpful maps of the area.
Our room was lovely, comfortable and had a huge bathroom...we had a small balcony with 2 chairs and table which we enjoyed sitting on, watching the hustle and bustle on the streets below. It was quiet during the nite.
Made to order off the menu breakfast was provided each morning in 1 of the restaurants, good variety, good food, coffee and service.
One evening we went to the rooftop bar/restaurant to enjoy the sunset and amazing views plus great food.
Very walkable around the old town which was safe with police and military presence. The Christmas decorations are gorgeous everywhere. Lots of shopping, historical sites, restaurants and market just down the block.

What a beautiful hotel! Approximately 25 mins from the airport ( we arrived later in the evening) We ordered an uber for $20USD. Situated in the historic part of Panama city with lots of beautiful architecture to marvel at. Room was elegantly designed with super comfy bed. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Only complaint was noise. Even with the earplugs provided by the hotel I was woken up many times throughout the night - traffic & music noise until about 4am - then the traffic noise restarted at 6am. Perhaps the hotel could invest in small white noise machines (?) to block some of the sound. Otherwise wonderful stay.

We were warmly and personally welcomed immediately upon arrival, and the great service continued for our two night stay. I couldn't believe our included breakfast---freshly pressed juice, freshly sliced fruit, amazing coffee, french toast stuffed with cheese and topped with bananas and bacon...splurge option!... but the healthy "Feel Good" breakfast I had the next morning was equally indulgent in its own way. We tried the rooftop bar one evening after dinner out---a lovely space, not at all crowded and with surprisingly great non-alcoholic drink options. Our room was exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed. There was a small amount of street noise, but we're city people, so it didn't bother us much. (Being there on a Sunday and Monday helped too.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the historic part of the city. Easy to take an evening stroll of the churches, ruins, and markets. Excellent restaurants nearby. Thanks to the whole staff who made us feel at home.

I don't see why not. But you likely will need to be with them when they come into the hotel or meet them out front to walk them in. While we were there you had to show you were a hotel guest to enter the lobby.
