5 min walk from MTR station. Many restaurant around the hotel. The staffs are helpful. The room is a quite old but pretty clean. The elevators are a bit old. It is quite good in general even though the price is a bit high (as usual in Hong Kong).

I always stayed in Tsim Sha Tsui on my previous trips but I quite enjoyed staying in Mong Kok this time. Stanford Hotel is located in the heart of Mong Kok in Soy Street 10 min walk to MTR (subway) station.
Hotel rooms are small, basic and clean with free WiFi and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant and bar seems popular with the local crowd as well but we didn't try.
Across the road there is a laundry and a great foot massage/reflexology spot.
Many good restaurants near the hotel and Langham Place shopping Centre is only a few blocks away.
They are currently going through renovations, but the noise is only from 10am to 4pm and didn't bother us.
For the price is pretty good value for money and free shuttle to Kowloon Airport Express Station from the hotel.

If given a chance to go back to HONGKONG, I would love to go back to Stanford hotel again&again.Its very acesible to the shopping areas,7-11 and k-mart store,of course NIGHT MARKETS like THE LADIES MARKET is 2 blocks away from the hotel,no need to ride a taxi,near the restaurant especially those PINOYS who loves to eat at YOSHINOYA believe me its just beside the hotel,Mcdonalds is also beside for those tourist who are bringing their children with them,a church nearby and MRT station.The hotel is nice,clean and has friendly staffs. Everything you need is just beside the corner.

We hotel is located on Soy street in Mongkok with a few steps to Laddies market. It is very convenient place to go out for shopping and dinning. It takes about 10 minutes to go to Mong Kok subway station. The hotel is not big and the guest room is small with limit space but comfortable. Cleaning was not proper just ok. The day we checked in we found the hairs in the bathroom. We stayed for 4 nights. The food was almost the same everyday. The quality was average with not many choices. The staff at the restaurant were nice and friendly. Chief concierge I guess he was helpful and friendly.
