Concierge Sam Lee’s art tour of the artworks in K11 artus and K11 Craft & Guild Foundation was amazing. I was really inspired by the traditional Chinese culture presented in the artworks. The gift postcards are very thoughtful too.

I found online that there is an art tour available, and when I arrived the view of the Victoria Harbor was the first thing I saw. There are already many art pieces in the lobby and Jason Chu from the concierge kindly took me on the tour on the art pieces, telling me the story behind and the technology used to create them.
I am very surprised that K11 founded a craft and guild foundation to preserve these beautiful art pieces, while having new art pieces from local artists. I especially like one of the painting in the lobby, Jason introduced this painting as a collaboration between K11 and the artist, painting the juxtaposition between the firework outside and the character in the painting being alone.
Overall it was a fruitful tour, seeing new and old art, big thanks to Jason Chu from the concierge for explaining these art pieces and answering my questions about the art, will definitely try staying here for a night in the future!

We had a lovely stay at the Harbor Grand room. The hotel is made up beautifully and caters well to those looking for a more quiet private touch. The room was furnished to the highest of standards and the view second to none.
Special mention goes out to our Concierge Marco Ma and his team for going above and beyond with his service.
We definitely recommend taking the hotel tour as there are plenty of hidden gems within the venue!

Had a staycation in Artus recently, the stay was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding, from concierge to check in, we could feel that we were being taken care all the time. Thanks to Enzio, he was very professional and friendly. Kane and Sam from concierge who were attentive to explain different art-pieces and show us the hotel facilities. The room is fabulous and stylish with a impeccable view. We enjoy the stay so much!

Great apartment for family, super comfortable beds and rooms! Friendly service and efficient concierge service via WhatsApp! Joined K11 club, retail & F&B options are plentiful! Outdoor pool configuration is strange and no service due to covid, probably my least liked facilities.
