Reservation I got the deal from Hotel.com and got double charged. I didn’t expect much as it was 50% promotion, so I called the reservations team if there were duplicate bookings. Even though they are unable to help because the booking source was from travel agent but Fanny went beyond the services and trying to raise my concerns to Hotel.com She called me personally and also check on my preferences, child’s name, name all the in house amenities that are available for kids. She is very details oriented and shared they only provide filter water, so would recommend to bring my own or take sometimes to boil with the kettle. Another staff I want to highlight is Jasper, he also followed up on my reservations several times after I raised my concerns about COVID. I am very particular on cleaning and I’ve studied effective cleaning methods and detergents for household for COVID. He has escalated my concerns to the Duty Manager but Jasper has kind of hints me their team has prepared some arrangement for my staycation, so would appreciate I give them a heads up if I am cancelling my order.
Check In & in room amenities Check in is smooth and quick. They managed to accommodate my early check in requests. I checked again with the manager again if there are any confirmed COVID patient or guests who are under quarantine staying here, the Duty Manager told me there is none. However, I shared with him there was a confirmed case back in March after checking with CHP, he said he just the job recently and the confirmed case only stayed here for a few hours. I was quite disappointed with his dishonesty. I advise travellers to check with CHP or DOH directly, I guess hotels will just deny as a norm?
While I was still worried about the sanitization of the hotel, I totally forgotten my worries when he walked us into an upgraded harbour view suite! I let the floor to ceiling window widely opened and sea breeze just blow in all the time to the flat! There are tons of kids amenities, balloons, colour pencils, games, diaper bins, potty, bottle sterilizer, kids snacks, kids toothbrush were set in my room. The kitchenware is well thought- wine opener, cutleries for kids, rice cooker, coffee machine etc. Only downside there is no baby shower gel provided. But my 2 years old boy was extremely excited with the room and he is self-entertained. Super thankful to the team who has prepared all this!
Design There are no sharp angles and it is enclosed with a STUNNING sea view balcony. Not sure if they have hide our chair or table in our room due to my toddler, I saw our neighbours are able to enjoy themselves sitting outside.
Concierge They are very helpful! Elvis is offering great suggestions for our lunch, helping to check on tables and arranging car to check out. During the night, Damon and Spender were helping us to run for our food delivery a few times.
Swimming Pool Quite a boutique size but there is only 1-2 guests, I guess it was due to the limitation of COVID measures.
Room service I was trying to order food through the TV. I can actually order any outlets from K11 mall, however it takes quite sometimes to load the menu and the delivery time is at least 40 mins on Sat night, I gave up at the end. But this is definitely a nice feature

This is the best hotel where you can call home. We stayed for 2 years as in long stay package. All of concierge have the greatest hospitality, especially Christie, she is one of the best. You can enjoy super nice harbor view from lobby which is on 10/F no matter which room you stay. And if you go to pool, you also got awesome city view.
I would highly recommend to stay here when you visit Hong Kong.

Me and my wife learnt that K11 ARTUS received good reviews and would like to give it a try. K11 ARTUS do maintain its brand and as it pledged, the experiences were unparalleled. One thing I appreciated a lot is the availability of Whatsapp chat with Artisans before my arrival. I believe Artisans are on duty around the clock as my Whatsapp around mid-night were all replied in a short period of time. This kind of asynchronous communication is much better experience than the traditional voice call. Service offered by Artisans during our stay is excellent. As my wife said, Artisans will always wait for her to hang up the call when we use the phone in our room to call them. However, there are some glitches. One of them is the IPTV in our room was out of service on our check out date. This hindered our ability to check the bill as well as not being able to watch/listen to the news from TV/radio. Fortunately, Artisans are willing to help us to order food like using the IPTV so we can still enjoy in room dining. Another big regret is that we encountered typhoon Champaka during our stay and was not allowed to enjoy the swimming pool. K11 ARTUS was not generous enough to allow us to use the swimming pool the other day after check out. Nevertheless, K11 ARTUS is still a great place to enjoy if you are lucky to have nice and fine weather. Cheers.

Our weekend getaway at K11 Artus last Saturday was truly exceptional. Accompanied by my husband and two young children, aged 8 and 6, this marked our second visit to this remarkable hotel.
I had reserved a harbour view studio for our stay, and we were warmly welcomed by Patricia Chan, the Assistant Resident Relations Manager. To our delight, she upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite.
The suite exuded a blend of elegance, sophistication, and immaculate cleanliness.
Although our original plan was to attend the Doraemon show at K11 MUSEA, our children insisted on savouring the delights of the room instead.
A visit to the swimming pool revealed the impeccable hospitality of Louie from the Health Club. His friendliness and eagerness to assist us were truly commendable.
During check-out, we were treated to an art tour by Jim Tsim, the Senior Resident Relations Manager. Jim introduced us to the captivating artworks adorning the lobby, and the designated room full of art collections sponsored by the K11 Craft and Guild Foundation. As an ardent art collector and enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed by Jim’s profound knowledge and passion for each piece. His enthusiasm for art, philosophy, and his role was palpable.
As a seasoned traveller who has explored numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently assert that K11 Artus has secured a special place in my heart. It transcends the conventional five-star hotel experience, boasting a tasteful and stylish ambiance that truly lives up to its name - Artus, a fusion of Art and Domus.
As a busy working mother of two, I make it a priority to dedicate my time to sharing my impeccable experiences like these, acknowledging the exceptional dedication of the entire staff at K11 Artus and the flawless experience I encountered during my recent stay at K11 Artus.
