Write a reviewBeing in a country where MTR is the main mode of transportation around, having one station set within 2 mins of walk from the hotel is great.
Hotel may be a bit hard to notice at first, but if you are aware that there's a Japanese confectionery store right beside it's door, it wouldn't be much of a problem.
Check in lobby is at the 3rd floor which you will be directed by the guard at ground floor. The pathway and lift are a little small for carrying luggage around. Receptionist can generally converse fluently in English and Mandarin. Check in and check out is smooth and no deposit was requested.
Room is also quite small, we brought big luggage and have to keep it half open against the wall, either that or u can push it down under the bed where a space is provided. They provide complimentary one time mini bar for canned drinks in the fridge, tea bags are refilled everyday.
Would suggest bringing own shampoo since the one provided is for both hair and body which is something I didn't really like. There's no bidet shower provided as well. There was some inconsistency in refilling the toothbrush and toothpaste as well. A rubber mat is also provided in the bathroom.
Room service are done pretty fast as well, request are handled promptly with clarification even though there's some language barrier. Great job for the room cleaning team !
Location wise is great, near different eateries, symphony of light is well within walking distance. Coming over from airport may pose certain inconvenience through MTR, would suggest taking the airport bus, A21 to and fro from airport to hotel and vice versa.
Overall, great stay and great service from hotel staff.

This hotel location is excellent with TST MTR just next to it. staff in this hotel are all friendly and helpful especially the Ground Floor staff.

Stayed for 8 nights here.
What I like about the hotel:
- Great location, 1 mins to Tsim Sha Tsui B2 exit. Easily to access many restaurants and
- Nice deco, wooden floor, contemporary simple design. good size of TV. The have space for suitcase (otherwise the room is quite small)
- At the moment really good price
Something you need to consider:
- I stayed in standard room and the size is quite small (15 sm) but I stayed alone so quite ok.
- The table they provide is quite small so if you need bigger table for doing work won't be convenient
Something I don't like:
- Sound proof is really poor. I can hear the noise / talking from the room next door if their voice is a bit loud. The first night I need to called reception to ask the next room to lower the voice.
In general it is a very good hotel and worth staying with the price of room, however if you are shallow sleeper you need to think twice to be honest.

Where do I start?
First they say there’s no record of my booking and payment. Even though I show the confirmation on my computer.
Still charged me for a room on arrival.
Next day they notify me that I’ve paid twice.
Difficult to get refund.
On the second day I can’t get back into my room. Apparently the hotel key cards need to be renewed every day.
Air conditioning does not work.
Poor customer service, even when management become involved.
Don’t be tricked by the nice photos and pricing.
This place is a disaster.

Please note that the Twin Room is 150sq ft (14.2 sq m) with two single beds ( 33" X 75" / 84cm x 190cm).
And the queen - size bed (66" X 75" / 168cm x 190cm) is only available in our Deluxe or Premium room which is 200 sq ft (18.7 sq m) space

Besides, for the transportation, we suggest taking taxi to our hotel directly and it should cost around HKD$300, considering total four people of your family and it should be during overnight time when you arrive HK.

Hi, the shower does have see-through wall. However, a blind can be lowered to ensure privacy.
