Booked as a last minute holiday, and happy with this wee hotel. A great location in the old city, central to what seems like a million shops & restaurants. A short walk to the river front & port area. Handy for trams, trains & buses. Lots to see and do. Within the hotel itself, the room had 2 comfortable single beds & was of an adequate size. Bathroom well appointed. Tea & coffee making facilities & a small fridge in the room. Air con too. Basic toiletries supplied. Maid service on request. Roof top pool closed, but indoor pool, spa, etc all open.
Hotel is clean and appears in good condition throughout, breakfast affected by COVID restrictions but still adequate.
Absolutely no complaints.

As soon as we entered this hotel the entrance put me off- didn’t look 4 star to me. We had an interconnecting room on 4th floor and we loved this, both had en-suite.
The tv channels were very basic, no fans in bathroom so really steamy and wet. Aside from that all was okay. Water was only provided on arrival and nothing thereafter.
I had issues with the hotel lying- I paid the price for this hotel as it said all its services were running under Covid. We arrived to find no indoor pool or jacuzzi and they put us off for first 3-4 days saying it will be tomorrow. We could have booked a much cheaper hotel.
Breakfast was so poor (powder red orange juice and watery hot chocolate - we didn’t go down after first day.
Cleaning was poor at this hotel as we’d come back to hair on the floor and no hand towels being changed.
Hair was left in mugs of room and tea supplies not replenished.
When I raised this issue with them, they cancelled my booking with booking.com whilst I was still staying in the room.
It’s alright if you can’t find anything else, but it is basic and I’d say just save the money and go somewhere where you get what you pay for.
Nearby there is a laundrette as hotel charges were crazy.

The two connecting rooms both had ensuite bathroom.
Rooms got cleaned every morning.
Staff were very helpful.
The hotel itself is a very clean place but it needs a bit of TLC.
Location of the hotel is the best we been in.
Close to all the major historical attractions.
If you're looking for a 5-star hotel than this hotel is not for you.
As a 4-star hotel it is worth the money.Be prepared to expect the worst and you get the best.
Purchase an Istanbul card for your travel and top it up as you travel. One card will accommodate everyone.
Purchase your currency within the country as you will get a better rate, do hunt around.
We had a connecting room. The windows lookout to the internal hallway, no natural sun light to the room .
Limit choice for breakfast.
Indoor pool was closed and the terrace Pool was too small.

The hotels staff are friendly and that's good but, the pool is doesn't work, my wife feel bad and I went to take some food for her and the manager told me "you can NOT bring the food ups there" and when I bought the room on Internet says AMERICAN BREAKFAST, guys I took the room for 10 days, and I have to eat the same fckng thing for 10 days its not good and by the way on the hotel's photos looks so good but when you be here is another thing, and now I looking some food on the street because I can not take the hotel's food and maybe it's better than eat the same thing on the hotel, try to look for another hotel if you want to enjoy this beautiful country.
