My stay was confirmed by booking.com and the hotel on 1st December. I arrived last night (3rd December) at 7pm to check in but they told me the place was fully booked. I showed them my confirmation number and the emails with all my details but they said there was a mistake and they had overbooked. They simply had no room for me.

This really left me in a problem as I was exhausted traveling 8 hours on a bus and now was stuck with nowhere to sleep. Luckily I was able to book my stay at Ninth Boutique, although it did cost me a little more.

The professionalism from Bizpoint was appalling.. they didn't even offer me compensation or try to find me a place to stay

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in the single room and it is definitely one of the nicest rooms I've had in Cambodia. The lady that runs the hotel is sweet and very polite. Good choice of restaurant in the area and a couple of minimart open 24hours within a short distance

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a good budget option although i think you can get more for your money in Phnom Penh.
It's located a little below the real centre but surrounded by good bars and restaurants.
The room is a good size and clean, but it was lacking in some details; the place felt a bit clinical and generic somehow. A construction site nearby caused some noise from early in the morning (Sundays too) though in our case it didn't bother us.
Breakfast is mediocre for $4. You have so many good options in the city for less money.
The staff are very friendly and help you with advice, umbrellas, taxis, ... so definitely no complaints there.
Overall just a decent budget option, just don't expect a unique experience.

I stayed here over night en route from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh airport.

The room is simple but has everything you might need apart from a safe deposit box. Clean and tidy. Wifi food.

Super friendly owners. Helpful and chatty. Organised 4am airport taxi for $12 and gave some good local advice.

Recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights after we arrived in Cambodia. The
room was very clean (bathroom was simple but also clean) and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped us book a busticket to Battambang. We would come here again!
