A wonderful Agriturismo in an amazing setting and hosted by a very kind and generous family. The apartment was just beautiful, had everything we needed and it was a privilege to be able to stay here. Alessia and her family were such kind hosts, always ready to provide advice when needed and checking that we were all comfortable during our stay. The apartment was beautifully and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and furnishings. The pool area was just brilliant - a huge pool (all lit up at night so you could swim at any time). I could honestly pack up and live here. It was such a great apartment. The area is a delight too - so many interesting places to see and visit and not as manic as other areas of Italy which made it such a pleasure to visit (Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto, Todi). Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. We had an amazing time xx

Me and my 13-year-old daughter spent a week at Acquaviva together with friends. We had a wonderful time. Each family had their own apartment, but some nights, we used the kitchen in the garden to cook and eat together.

Our room was La Spiga. It was spacious, clean and very charming, with dark wooden furniture. The bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated. The bed was a little firm, but that was a small detail among the rest that was perfect.

At arrival, we got a homemade tasty pie and marmelades. Alessia who received us was a warm and caring person. The few problems we had (as a toilet that wouldn't flush) was fixed by her quickly. Alessia helped us to find good restaurants, a place to ride horses and were very helpful in general.

From the garden, there is a beautiful view of Todi. It has a fantastic pool; clean, large and deep enough. We spent a lot of time there! If you love sunflowers, you have come to the right place. There are numerous fields surrounding the house.

The weather was really hot, but we could sit in the shade of trees, and there was a hammock to relax in. The garden was dry, but that is a fact for everyone in the region.

One thing to think about is that the areas has dusty and steep roads. Be sure to bring a car that can handle that.

We visited Todi and Perugia during the week. Both have interesting historical buildings and good icecream. It's practical to park for free outside Perugia and take a minimetro into town.

I would like to return to this beautiful and relaxing agriturismo, and I really recommend it.

Having spent two weeks at Acquaviva I am impressed with the place.

The location itself is beautiful with the view out over the landscape and the town of Todi. But what really impressed me was how well taken care of we have been.

We rented the whole place for two weeks to spend time with friends and family. The four apartments are separated so each family could care for themselves and have time alone but to tell the truth we used the common kitchen and ate together outside under a big tree most of the time.

The common kitchen is well equipped and perfect for cooking big dinners in. The patio where you can eat has a lovely view.

Since we traveled with kids in the age ranging from 1,5 to 13 we were a bit worried that the Acquaviva wouldn't suit them all but it did. One thing they all enjoyd was the pool. It has a depth from 1,2 m to 2 something so it worked for all of us.

The pool was needed since it was hot somedays! (At least for us as swedes) It was also very nicely located with parasols, seats in the shade and nice sunbeds. The hammock in the shade of the trees down by the pool was used a lot!

There has been a drought here which is sad since the garden is well tended but everything is taking the toll of that.

Alessia and Massimiliano was very attentive and helpful with all things. They put in a lot of effort in making us feeling welcome and it worked!

There are plenty of places nearby where you can go to eat. Alessia can help you to find them but you can also look up other agriturismos that serves good food. I don't know if we were lucky but we never had anything below standard.

One thing that I liked was that it is very quiet. You can here animals farther away but mostly it is just the sound of the wind, birds and cicadas. (At least I think they are cicadas).

I would highly recommend you to stay here.

From our very first contact Alessia was attentive and service minded, weather it was a small detail or a huge ask to solve. And even though being a group of 21 friends (10 adults, 10 kids from 4-10 years and a baby) nothing was too big of a challenge. Alessia and her team met our every expectation.

The farm is absolutely beautiful (even more so than the pictures show) and very well kept. The apartments were clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The pool big and always cleaned. There are lots of areas for the kids to roam around; a huge garden, a playground with boule, football game, an indoor (spacious!) living room with toys etc.

Alessia and her family & crew arranged for the most delicious dinners - adjusted to suit both enthusiastic gourmands and somewhat picky kids. Nothing seemed impossible to handle.

But what made the biggest impression to us was the warmth and passion put into running this wonderful agriturismo place. Everything from recommendations of the best gelateria nearby to the staff bringing the kids freshly picked blackberries as a surprise. We were blown away by the friendly treatment.

In short this was an epic and perfect place to spend a week's vacation with friends and family. We couldn't have wished for more. And we are already planning for our return next summer.

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Alessia, our host, couldn't have done more. She cooked for us on our first evening, which was lovely, she is a great cook. She helped us by arranging a wine tasting, told us about good places to visit, she recommended restaurants and reserved the tables for us. Nothing was too much trouble, she is wonderful. The accomodation was very comfortable, we had a huge bathroom and the bed was very comfy. There was a small kitchen in our apartment, but a very well equipped communal summer kitchen in the garden. We also used the wood fired bbq, which we enjoyed and Alessia was happy to supply the wood. The views from the pool and the terrace made for some magical evenings, rounded off with a great display from the fireflies. Would definitely recommend.
