beautiful family run place with a few rooms, making it lovely and peaceful and not crowded or fighting over a sun lounger.
Stunning views of the town and hills.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had to leave the windows closed as we had some unwanted room guests (hornets) wanting to munch on the beautiful wooden beams, but these were quickly got rid of.

Wonderful surrounding views and countryside with fruit, grapevines and olive trees.

The place has a real home from home feel and the family that run it, literally were like a second family member! Amazing food and make sure you book a table as it can get very busy with locals....and if its good enough for the locals its good enough for me! (The onion tarte tatin is to die for!!)

Amazing homemade produce is used and on sale also.

The town is a short drive away, which is well worth a visit and if you do please visit the award winning gelato shops....nothing tastes as good as them!!

We were lucky enough to rent out the entire agritourismo for 4 wonderful nights and have our wedding here. We had stayed here previously and fell in love with the property. The hardworking Fanciullini family go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best stay possible. The breakfast and restaurant and DELICIOUS and the location could not be better. I would recommend having a car so that you can tour the surrounding Tuscan countryside. We did day trips to Florence, Volterra and Siena. The town of San Gimignano is very beautiful and it was a joy to explore in the afternoon once the day trippers had left. We stayed in the apartment this time which was very comfortable and private. Previously we stayed in an upstairs room in the farmhouse and enjoyed that room as well. It was very comfortable and clean. I cannot recommend this beautiful agritourismo enough and I am forever grateful to them for all of their help in making our small wedding extra special. We look forward to our future return visits.

Agriturismo very near to San Gimignano. Wonderful views from afar especially the lights at night from a garden off the driveway entrance. Beautifully restored brick farmhouse type building. Exposed beams, wood floors, shuttered windows overlooking vineyard, some with private patios. Common patio area with wine, saffron olive oil produced on their farms. Nice pool area that is lighted with changing colored lights at night. Tasty dining room with covered outside or inside seating and DELICIOUS MENU. Roberto, his sons (chef), daughter and daughter in law, wife, mother and Amelia-granddaughter ....made you feel like family, warm and welcoming. Well located to explore the area- Rt. 222- Chianianna HWY, Volterra (DRIVE!!!!) and San Gimignano. Not far from Florence.

Great hotel family run and very friendly atmosphere. Very quiet at night and shuttered windows so nice and dark. Rooms are all different, clean, tidy with good size bathroom and air con fitted.
Restaurant is fantastic....
Only thing missing is a chest of drawers in the room so storage is a problem.

Friends recommended we stay in the San Gimignano area...we were looking for somewhere in Tuscany in the countryside and had heard about the Agriturismo culture and decided that is where we wanted to stay. I found Casanova do Pescille on Trip Advisor and all I will say is STOP your searching now. This place is family run and you feel like part of the family. It’s an old converted farmhouse so there’s an incredible amount of character to each room as well as the grounds. It’s conveniently located close to town (about 10 min drive at most) but far enough away that you feel like it’s an escape. In the hot summer months the pool is a refreshing beacon whether you’re lounging all day by the hillside or returning from an excursion elsewhere. The restaurant Zafarrano is wonderful. Fresh pasta and a very creative menu. Their complimentary breakfast had a great selection and was a perfect way to start your day. As an Agriturismo they make their own olive oil, honey, saffron and wine (and sell it there too) which is great. We stayed three nights, but wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely go back if we were to visit the area again!
