We had fresh sheets and towels and the beds were really confortable. Besides the house being a bit far from the center of the city, we could easily take a bus. Only a 5-10 minutes walk from a supermarket. Free internet. Both our rooms had private bathrooms with toilet paper. The owner's assistant was really nice and walked us to our rooms.
2 weeks before our trip we called and asked if we could bring another person. They said it was ok and that we would have to pay 7€ and the room would be enough for everyone. When we arrived the owner received us in a dark reception and made us pay 30€ for one extra room, claiming that what mattered was the reservation on the website.
I visited Fiera Due with my wife at end of August 2018.
Firstly, some helpful advice. We found the place difficult to find - you need to know it is located between the Bank and the Supermarket through a security gate - press the Fiera Due button and someone let’s you in. Now, when you get to the next door again press the button and someone lets you on - inside the building you need to turn left and go up one flight of stairs - you will then see the door for Fiera Due - easy to find new you know how.
The best this about this place is it’s location, short walk from the station, the arena Di Verona and Juliet’s house. The rates are very good and staff are friendly.
Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Bathroom etc would benefit by some maintenance but all working.
Nice clean room. Great air conditioning. Little room but it was enough for 3 people. Breakfast was really weak. And the worst thing was that nobody speak English. We spent a lot of time trying to understand each other...
The room I stayed with my friend had only one key! We usually do things separtately, so you can imagine how difficult it was for both of us to survive in a hotel for 3 days! In fact, we had a disagreement- trying to share the key!
I asked the person from the reception for an additional key- but the anser was- "we only have one for the room! "
The main- entrance door was BROKEN- always wide open! Not safe, especially at night with not the best neighbourhood!
Additionally- the room wasn't ready on our arrival, it was not clean enough. It was cleaned only once throughout our stay!- before our arrival.
Despite info on the hotel's site, there was no shower gel in a bathroom. How can you have a shower after a hot sweathy day ?
One lamp for reading- broken.
Not enough plugs- not close to a beds.
Last year we stayed here for one night. The room, bathroom and kitchen was clean. Breakfast was average. Wifi was free. Parking was free in the courtyard. Pets are allowed, which was good for us cause we traveled with our two dogs.
