The hotel provides an excellent place to stay when visiting Santiago de Compostela or exploring Galicia. We stayed here for more than a week. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean and cosy.

The hotel is just beside Camino Ingles (very suitable for jogging or long walks), about six minute ride to the historic center of Santiago de Compostela (or 10€ by taxi). There is a nice and spaceous "living room" beside the reception where you can relax while enjoying refreshing drinks, coffee, or beer if you like.

This is clearly not a five star hotel, but it could be described as excellent value for money.

Poor sound proofing. Annoying to listen to a bed cracking and woman screaming when you're trying to sleep. Bathroom door did't close and breakfast was among the worst I've ever seen. Room price was cheapish though.

This is a terrible hotel. Waiters are extremely rude and you can only seat at the table they want to clean. Restaurant is spacious but they only want to clean a section of tables so they cramp everyone in a few tables, including people who don’t speak the same language.
Menu is engineered for cost reduction.
Breakfast has a few crackers, break, butter and cheese. No fruit, no eggs. Nothing is fresh.
Internet does NOT work. If you share the room w someone you also need to share the key. They don’t allow a second key so you don’t leave energy on.
There is no hearing nor AC.
TV does not work properly in the rooms.
Safety box does not work in the room.
If you are hungry there is a vending machine at the entrance.
When theI vacum the hallways you should leave the hotel. It’s so noisy you can’t sleep.
Decor is old and dates. Beds are hard and pillows are like a rock.
The service is the worst ever! A shame for Spain. Such a beautiful country that relies on tourism.

We stopped in here for cold drinks and snacks on our last day of the Camino Ingles. Friendly service, comfortable dining room, and of course the aforementioned cold drinks, which we're very welcome on a hot August day. We did not stay in the hotel, but it looked clean and comfortable.

The hotel is set well back from a very busy road however the bedrooms at the front are still quite noisy. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is probably the worst I've ever had at any hotel with truly awful coffee. A bit more effort and this hotel would have been fine.
