Most popular question about the rooms
Does this hotel serve breakfast if you book a room for a stay? The hotel web page does not indicate either way. If yes what are the options/quality? Thanks

Pretty sure breakfast comes as standard. It isn't an a la carte affair. More of a really bountiful selection of homemade granolas,...

I have wanted to stay at a Pig hotel for ages, this one was the only one free within a reasonable distance.

I had read reviews about it being on the petite side & thought we’d give it a try!

Our experience at The Pig in the Wall was really good, staff I must say were all super friendly & helpful.. 10/10 for them..

Yes the ‘cosy’ room was extremely cosy but we only stayed a night so it was fine.. decor was great.. loved the bathroom tiles.. The room had everything you needed

Most importantly for me the bed! It was just as comfy as ours at home & were really fussy! Pillows really soft & cosy..

Overall it was a great experience & can’t wait to try the others, if I had one grumble & it’s only a quiet one would be the cost! It’s a fair bit to not include breakfast, even continental would be fair..

Side note, Southampton it’s self isn’t that thrilling, we popped to Portsmouth, although the Mall is pretty good!

This was my second visit to a Pig Hotel. This is a very compact and bijou Pig and very different from its siblings. It’s managed by a young, welcoming, professional team who looked after us very well, food was good even though it’s a deli menu so quite limited. Our room was great but didn’t have a window that opened so was a tad hot!! Overall a lovely stay!

one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had. Lovely, lovely location, super efficient and friendly and help staff, cozy but superbly decorated room, but above all possibly the BEST breakfast I've ever had.

Get yourself a "piggy pan" breakfast you willl NOT regret it.

This is a quaint hotel close to West Quay.

Firstly, there is secure parking which is convenient.

The attention to detail is perfect from start to finish. The room was small but perfectly formed and had everything you need, including air con. Very comfortable bed and essential mini bar.

Breakfast was limited due to Covid. Dining/drinking area is so well done in terms of decoration, and relaxing. Had the full English, which is rare for me, but seriously it was the most well presented and delicious breakfast. No resemblance to a greasy spoon.

Staff accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful stay.

We stayed in a spacious room (no.4) it was lovely with a free standing bath but not actually that big. The room in the majority of marketing pics is certainly much larger. Met on arrival by a friendly member of staff who helped with bags and showed us to our room. Did not eat in for supper but a good cooked breakfast.

Pretty sure breakfast comes as standard. It isn't an a la carte affair. More of a really bountiful selection of homemade granolas, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses and the like. Plus like all Pig properties, they have eggs ready for you to boil too. Really good quality, but not a full English kind of place.

Sea view? You are looking past a road, roundabout, apartment building, car parks, office building to the cruise terminal, huge cruise ship & working harbour. It's a sea view, but only in the strictest sense.
