Had a couple of days off work and spontaneously looked at places to stay near Pemberton. This popped up and I impulsively clicked and that was that. Very attractive accommodation, good host, pleasant guests. If you want a rural getaway, I can’t imagine anything better. Here’s the view from the bedroom.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast included homemade bread and freshly made omelet on the first day, and blueberry pancakes on the second. In addition, there was honey from their own beehive and homemade jam.
Joce and Gus took the time to explain the farm ethos, their animals and the surrounding area. They made sure we had everything we needed and were happy to offer any recommendations.
Added bonus: After a strenuous day at Whistler Bike Park, the hot tub was waiting.

We stayed in a group of 8 people at Sweetwater home for the weekend. The house is perfect: great bedrooms with their own bathroom (2 bedrooms share one bathroom), great and spacious kitchen with all the appliances and supplies you may need, two great living rooms with wood fireplaces and the best part: the hot tub for 8 people. The place was very clean and in a very quiet place, with some great local cuisines to try. The hosts were so nice and attentious with us, they even bring our fresh breakfast everyday, with local eggs, butter, milk and sourdough bread. A special host is a friendly and welcoming Golden Retriever! We're planning our next stay there and I most certainly recommend this place.

Stayed here one night and won't regret my choice. Nestled away in the mountains, this working farm offers a peaceful and restful night away from the "Madding crowd" of revellers. Within striking distance of the resort town of Whistler, yet not associated, this working farm environment offers bed and breakfast to the weary traveller needing a day or two's well earned rest. The modern "farm house", note the parentheses, has a large bedroom downstairs with en-suite and 3 rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. Beds are comfortable and have discrete air conditioning with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. There are no trains or highways to encroach upon your rest and a gourmet breakfast awaits you in the morning at 8am. Gus, cooked up a tasty frittata and home made sourdough bread and jam. His spacious kitchen is designed to interact with guests and there is a long table in the dining area or you can eat outside on the airy patio. Fresh milk in bottles would you believe. O the coffee is brewed fresh and you have a choice of teas too. On the down-side, hmm, I think perhaps a redesign of bedrooms with a small table and a couple of chairs, although there was one in my room. I think I would pay a little more for the en-suite room as it's more in my comfort zone. Reasonably priced, I'll recommend this to my friends without hesitation.

Thanks for coming to stay and your kind review. we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Glad you liked the fritatta, its a crowd favorite and regular feature throughout the season. Thanks for the advice on redesigning rooms. We have recently added daybeds and more chairs to some rooms and will continue to make upgrades and add amenities to the room based on feedback like yours. So thanks!! We hope to see you or your pals out here sometime in the not too distant future! Cheers, Gus

We felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place,it was a little out from the village but was just perfect.Check in was quick and we were shown around the house and property which had everything we needed. Our bedroom was fantastic ,it was very spacious with a very comfortable big bed, lovely bathroom, very clean and we had the most amazing views. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely too. This property was so peaceful,it had two donkeys, couple of cows and pigs and the chickens ran free which all added to such a lovely place to stay,it was a shame we only stayed one night for a stopover we would of loved to have stayed longer. We definitely recommend staying here.
