This was my second time to stay in Ryokan private room with bathroom at this hotel that made me know a shortcut to Asakusa station by walking through Sensoji temple. Good Location, Staff, Service, Facilities & Clean Room with complimentary local sweet and tea as usual. It is value for money and time to stay in this hotel. I will go back to stay and recommend.

Location is very good, beside a main road, near convenient stores and restaurants. The ryokan hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. Room is small but comfortable. English speaking staffs are friendly and helpful. I have a great stay. It is value for money and time to stay in this hotel.

The single room was basic and clean. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is closed to three major attractions in Asakusa: Tokyo Sky Tree, Sensoji temple and also Asahi Skyroom. If you fly from Haneda Airport, a car service will bring you 5 minute-walk from the hotel. Nearby Sensoji temple there are plenty of shops, restaurants and street food stalls that you can enjoy. Besides the front desk reception team is also very nice, helpful and polite.

This time I booked the cheapest sleeping pod for female guest for a few nights. The pod was fine, although a bit short for me, and the area was quite noisy with guests walking in and out at all hours.

On our 3rd floor there were modern Japanese toilets, but the bath was small and old and could only accomomdate a few people - if they were friends. 4 public showers were part of the facilities. Towels and a yukata (simple cotton kimono) were provided, but toiletries were scarce.

Facilities were better on the 2nd floor, with more luxury pods and a common room we were also allowed to share.

Staff was always friendly and helpful.
