We booked 2 nights (1 month in advance) for Excutive Suite room with pool access but got only one night because of room was reserved by someone else. Firstly reception lady said we could get 1100 bath back but then then manager arrived the day after and reduced it to 900 bath.
Rather than that, room is clean. Not the best location though.

Very clean hotel with nice staff. Clean linen and fresh beach towels provided every day. Breakfast and food at the hotel is very expensive. Hotel is within walking distance of 7/11, Kamala beach and various restaurants.
We had a room with access to the pool which we really enjoyed. The hotel is not kid friendly and at times the kids in the pool can be excessively loud. The management should deal with this or have rules since the hotel caters more for couples.

Pros: very nice pool, extremely comfortable bed, big room with lots of space, very clean room, very, very friendly staff, air conditioning, fridge, tea kettle, balcony, 5-10 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to area where there are bars, restaurants, shops, Kamala beach is gorgeous and not as many tourists as Patong, Pad thai was good at the hotel restaurant, great value for money, bathrobes, huge Towels, free mats to take to beach, delicious Mango shake at restaurant but about 40 bht more expensive than in other restaurants

Cons: very limited restaurant menu

Great hotel for solo travelers, couples and families

Highly recommended!

The title says it. You can get better value in Kamala Beach, but you won't get a better breakfast. The room was clean, a decent size with a good sized balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The tv and AC both worked, but the elevator broke down on 3 of our 6 days, and we were on the fifth floor. Shower was great. Staff were very helpful and always tried to quickly solve problems.

Room Tip: Upper floor rooms are quiet and offer a 'glimpse' of the sea.

Wonderfull hotel! Very comfy bed! I had a room with direct pool access. The pool is very nice and in the sun all day. There's a few chairs and big pillows to sit on and a few daybeds. Staff is very friendly. Bars, restaurants, 7-11, massage places are all on walking distance.
