Excellent staff, helpful and friendly, always offering assistance to my wife who has some mobility restrictions. Large bright room on 3rd floor, comfortable bed resulting in a great sleep. Great shower. Room serviced daily and maintained very clean and hygienic throughout our stay. Enjoyed our included breakfast. Great central location in a relatively quiet area and within walking distance of most attractions and facilities.
The hotel could improve a couple of areas;- There is a lack of wardrobe and storage for long stay guests. Handrails required on steps which are fairly challenging for older legs. There is also a lack of steps or similar access facility to pool unless you are staying in a direct pool access room..

This hotel is located at a quiet and calm street, yet only a short walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. The design of the hotel is very nice and relaxing. The room was cozy and modern and I enjoyed the balcony. Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Asian foods. The staff was friendly and hospitable. As an animal lover, I loved to see dogs and a cat on the premise.

A small gym would have been a great addition.

I can definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

This hotel is over rated for its 4 stars.
Pro: near to everything you need
Cons:
All furnitures are old and feel cheap. Japanese simplicity does not mean cheap. Couch in room is filthy. Toilet is stain - who knows since when it was last beached. Bathroom wall is stained. Shower equipment is rusted.
One most important fact is it is very near to bars. 1 out of 4 nights stay, we were bothered by very very loud music until 2 am. The rest was very nice and quite. So, roll your dice.
Best for last - we found lice on the bed. For sure not belong to any of us since we do not have any trouble with skin/body. The lice belings to whom is questionable.
In short, if you forgo the dirty (real dirty or fjust feelings) for location and price, book this.

This little hotel is in a quiet street but only a minutes walk to the beach or back to the main road . The room was clean and had plenty of water pressure. The breakfast staff were excellent and made sure we ate well. We would definitely stay here again.

We did take a little while to find the hotel but in fairness it is sign posted quite well.
Lovely smiling staff when we arrived and very kind and friendly - we got an upgraded room for a very reasonable amount - my husband negotiates well!
Room was outstanding - all glass and huge balcony. We were delighted with it.
Breakfast was superb and served in a lovely area just off the gardens, again every member of staff was so friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend a stay here.
