I stayed at the hotel from 10-12 October. My stay was perfect. It rained every day and almost all day, however it did not ruin my memorable stay at all. I informed the hotel that this visit would be pre-birthday for my best friend. Once I entered to my bedroom. There was a special set up in the room. My friend loved it and she was happy! Khun Autt provided us a smooth check in process. The location of my room was also easy to access to other facilities/outlets. Between 2-4 P.M. we went to grab ice cream. We wanted to have ice cream with the scone. But they did not have the scone on that day. I told the staff to keep the scone for us next time. To be honest I did not expect them to remember. Next day we went to have the ice cream again. Khun Payu told us that she kept some scones for us. We were surprised. Thank you so much! The following day we had a nice conversation during breakfast time with Khun Wit at Tonsai Restaurant. Everyone here are super friendly and excellent. The service is outstanding. I will certainly be back. :)

Room/Villa: I got an upgrade to tropical pool villa. The villa itself was spacious but the pool was a bit too small. There were steam room (built-in with shower room) and outdoor bath tub which you may enjoy it in the fresh air.

Food: We loved all of the meals during our stay even though our there was only 1 restaurant opened (we stayed on the weekday). Both Thai and Western dishes were perfect.

Recreation: There were many recreational activities at the hotel. I jogged to Tub Po beach in the morning but I get lost and ended up at another beach (Orange beach). I tried Paddle Board for the first time, thanks to June, recreational staff who showed me how-to. If you wanted to challenge yourself, kayaking around the island is highly recommended (2 hours) and you’ll get a certificate from the hotel. Of course, I did it!

Service: All of the staff were super helpful. Thanks to Yen, front desk/check-in staff for showing me the villa and thanks Pop for your friendliness and good conversation.

I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and I would like to stay here again. 👍👍👍

My recent stay at The Naka Island marked as my 28th Birthday Celebration and all the hotel staffs made me feel very welcome with their warm and caring attitude. I would like to shout out to Khun Ya, assistant manager, who went above and beyond in making the stay one of the most memorable stays of all my travels in the past 7 years as Marriott Bonvoy Member.

However, I have one concern that needs to be addressed about the hotel. Unfortunately on my first day of arrival, I had an accident that would later sent me to the Emergency Room by falling into the hotel's main swimming pool. To be fair, it happened when I was in awe with the scenery and how beautiful the hotel was but the issue here is that THE POOL has a different level platform that is very illusory to the eyes due to the beach beds setting. The beach beds were set right in the pool on a high platform WITHOUT any warning sign that the next step next to the bed is the end of the platform and that's when I fell into the pool and injured both my legs and rendered this trip dull from the beginning due to the accident.

Therefore, I write a review here to address that there should be a sign or a warning at the pool that there is a difference in the platform to prevent any future accidents.

Once again, I would like to stress on how the hotel staffs responded to the situation after the accident. Everyone was so caring and understanding and tried their best to make the rest of my stay as comfortable as it could. Thank you again for all your hospitality, Khun Ya, Khun Mitt, Khun Gift, Khun Nu, Khun Bert and all the hotel staffs that made this stay a great stay regardless of the accident.

The room was amazing. You can't get a better view than the Sea View Pool Villa! I really loved that BUT MONITOR LIZARDS lurk around the island area and I saw one climbing up the hill right into my villa!! I freaked out a bit cuz I was afraid it would go in the private pool lol. Still I love the property and I will definitely find time to revisit the property at the nearest opportunity!

For this trip, me and my fiancé chose The Naka Island, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Phuket for 4 days and 3 nights. Upon arriving, the first thing that impresses is the resort that is designed with nature. We stay in Tropical pool villa. The room is perfectly decorated. And have a comfortable living space and privacy.

All employees have service mind. Including drivers, spa staff, maids, receptionists who give good advice Especially the restaurant staff as well, recommends a very good drink menu and service. There is a wide variety of food with good taste.

In addition, if given the opportunity, there will be free homemade ice creams available every afternoon as well. Taro ice cream is the best!!!

In terms of the atmosphere, what is impressive is that the sunset at Z bar is very beautiful and romantic. In addition, there are many other spots on the beach where you can take beautiful photos.

In addition, the hotel provides a floating breakfast service served in the room.
And Kayak or Stand up board activities
Causing both the trip of us not to leave the resort at all

This trip, the two of us are very impressed. It is a truly relaxing trip. If anyone is looking for a place where nature, peace and privacy, The Naka Island, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Phuket is a great choice. And worth visiting.

The only thing I would say us that some of the seaview villas were very close to the water. The beach is not that far away from the front, also people walk past the front of the villas. I personally would not bother with these as the beach edge at the Naka is not very nice. Hope this helps.

Hi again, sorry my answer yesterday was incorrect. The villa we had was a tropical pool villa and it had one large double bed, and two areas for single beds. They are very hot in there though. As I said before contact Marriott direct for info as there is no email!
