The rooms/bungalows themselves are quite nice, and it feels quite authentic for the island. But the bathroom was well below expectation considering what you pay for the hotel. It was dirty, tiles damaged and generally not that nice and needs updating. The room is also quite dark but it is spacious. Our air con was very loud and kept me awake at night.
The breakfast was really not good at the hotel, the service was painfully slow considering the small number of guests. On one day I was told there was no juice, then 15 mins later the table next to me recurved 4 large glasses of it, and I was served a stone cold undercooked pancake that I couldn’t eat. The options are also limited.
The staff are friendly enough, but if you need anything they could be extremely rude and unhelpful, and most of them didn’t speak English and just ignored what you asked them.
The pool area is nice and the location of the hotel is what made it good, it’s close to the port, restaurants, diving, surfing etc.
Overall an ok hotel if you have a slightly lower expectation than you should for the price. Although Lembongan prices are generally higher than mainland Bali, and you get less for your money overall.

I went there with my wife for one week in November 2017. Since we are a scuba divers, the main reason to visit Nusa Lembongan was to dive with Bali Diving Academy (highly recommended 5* PADI diving center).
Going back to Oka Bungalo 7, the room / cottage is ok, however you have to pay attention going to the toilet night time. There are two steps' down room and it is very easy to slip being sleepy in the middle of night. Location is nice, staff is friendly and the views are superb (we stayed in the last house on the hill with fantastic view of the entire area and the volcano Agung in Bali. The only problem after a full day of diving was to cover a distance of approx.130 stairs to our house. Also going for each meal you have to do it twice (130 stairs down and then again 130 stairs up on the way back). Anyway it will keep you in a good shape :). However, if you are in not so good condition ask to be accommodated in the first houses near reception and pool. And then you will have only few steps to reach all restaurants around, small shops and the beach as well. Good luck and enjoy stay in Oka Bungalo 7 in Nusa Lembongan. Really nice place.

I went there with my family and friends for a short holiday we spend there only for 1 night. Our room was on far back of the reception area which was on higher ground so a lot of stairs however the workout was paid off since the view was straight to nusa lembongan bay so you can see boat goes by. the ocean was crystal clear and blue, it was so beautiful. It was very nice just to sit and relax on the balcony. Room was Ok and big, the floor was not too clean so we ask the hotel staff to clean it they clean it right away. The hotel have no TV but it was Ok for us. They have a small swimming pool looks ok. Breakfast was standard. Overall it was a quite good hotel. However compare to the price with the amenities and breakfast provided it was quite expensive. But then again the view that the hotel has paid it all off.

Lembongan was our first stop on the Bali trip and I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the island is! So peaceful with an amazing view pretty much anywhere you go.

Two people from Oka 7 met us as we got off the ferry (which was a nice surprise) and carried our bags from the beach to the hotel.

We were given Bungalow 8 - which was up about 20 sets of stairs (unfit Aussies we are!) but it's 100% worth it for the view. Every morning I'd wake up and sit on our little balcony and watch the sunrise. Incredible.

For what we paid, Oka 7 was great value. The staff are always around if you need someone, smiling and bidding you good day when you walk past.

The room itself was basic but comfortable, with really effective aircon that we were pumping all the time. Wifi is a little slow but good if you're only really checking notifications on your phone. The only real downside was the bathroom is very dark - they need to install better lighting in there. The bed was a bit creaky but fine (if you have back problems this could be a different story).

The complimentary breakfast is basic but tasty (we loved their French toast!). It's a shame they don't open up the waterfront restaurant over breakfast, but I suspect it's because the general public would also want to come in and they're not serving at this time.

The small pool isn't quite as impressive as some of the other hotels, but we had a dip and it's still nice. You can pay a small fee to use neighbouring resort pools if the one at Oka 7 isn't enough. The restaurant attached to Oka 7 is pretty similar to the other ones on the island - really nothing special in terms of meals but great cocktails and smoothies to die for.

We arranged a massage through reception and a woman came up to our room to massage us on our bed. She tried to charge us more than we'd been told by reception and it was a bit awkward. She eventually agreed to the price we'd been quoted but only gave each of us a 40 min massage instead of 1 hour. We'd recommend going to the Organic massage place a few streets away - they're only a little more expensive and you get a wonderful massage in a relaxing setting.

On the other hand, Oka 7 also booked us a driver to take us around the island and it was a great experience. The driver was patient and waited for us to explore the landmarks (we visited Devil's Tear, Dream Beach and the mangroves). Definitely book a day trip through reception while you're there, and take a boat tour of the mangroves (one of the best things we did).

Anyway - Oka 7 is quite simple accommodation, but it's just what you want if you're visiting the island on a budget. The staff are absolutely lovely and I'd recommend it to anyone who's able to climb a few stairs easily! Don't get your hopes up about the food on the island - it's really nowhere near as good as mainland Bali but the peacefulness of Lembongan makes up for it easily.

A very quiet bungalow park with, you guessed it, 7 bungalows. Since the island is very small and tourists are pretty much left alone (a good thing) you really get a chance to get away from it all.

The bungalows look very organic with bamboo making up the walls and ceiling. It gives a great sense of getting back to nature.

Newly installed airconditioning was a welcome surprise and the pool, although small, was exactly what we needed.

The pool area could use a little more shade to escape to.

And for about $3,00 you can rent a moped/scooter for a whole day, something I would strongly advise as you get to see the entire island with beautiful views along the way.
