Check out the Historic Boston Commons. The Swan boats are a neat little ride. Other than that, the scenery and statues are cool to check out.
One of the best ways to see some good 'le American History. May overlap with some of the other places on this guide, but will give you a comprehensive view of the city, and where it came from.
One of the coolest neighborhoods in Boston. The rich history is present here. The food is great! Whether you're looking for a slice (Regina's), pastries (Bova's... Mike's if you want to be the tourist), or any other Italian food, this is the spot to head to. You can't miss. However, if you hate crowded streets, avoid Hanover St (especially if driving!)
The British are coming! The British are coming! Check out the look out for the British ships. It's a stop on the Freedom Trail, but a cool building and story to visit.
Nice little area that has been preserved for hundreds of years. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the neighborhood.
This place has everything. Food, check. Bars, check. Shopping, check. There is history all around as well. Definitely worth going to for a while.
There Lobster roll is claimed to be one of the best in the city.
A unique way to check out the city if you are looking for a tour that isn't walking. Careful, you might get splashed in the Charles!
Near the common, you can find almost all your shopping here. There are also restaurants and bars all around. worth a stroll to see a "trendier" part of the city.
No better place than to check out a game. They also have tours if you're in town on an off night
