hey im david. 50 6'3 230 irish german britsh dutch ,single , love to travel, eat ,swim ,tan meet new people ,make new friends and try new islands ,cities ,countries,villages i like clothing opt resorts world wide ,oh and gambling and drinking . lol
i went with 3 friends we stayed in istanbul for 6 days then went on to chisinau,moldova for 4 days. my guide is about some things you will miss while touring ,the food,attractions,shopping and the people are out of this world. i felt at home very helpful, warm, nice people

the grand bizarre is very dizzying and confusing its better not to figure it ou.t but just plan on being here and in the area about 6 - 8 hours. eat in the area they have great food. there are hundereds of stalls if not a thousand . not counting the ones that are outside the exits this place is surrounded by stores everywhere you go. mens, womans,, kids ,clothing ,shoes, sneakers, boots ,under garments, socks, lotions appliances ,colognes, perfumes,make up, lamps, pot, pans ,coffee. tea. sets, souvenirs , meats, pastries,liquors all you need is here. so take your time it will be busy and shop



this place has all the food in front of you ,all made on premises .we had salad, chicken ,beef, warm pita with a sauce all four of us loved this eatery. great prices the waiter speaks english



great place to take pics of your friends and family go day and night you can see all the mosques and galata tower from here



great shopping district and great places to eat just walk, shop and eat



beautiful tower and very nice area about 11 dollars to get



this place was great we ate here twice its was close to our hotel very good steaks and drinks



great place for just having coffee outside or having a big dinner around 12 dollars a piece we had steaks salad chicken lambchops



i think i got my bridges mixed up i was on 2 or maybe 3. i was def on this bridge and under it. theres about 25 places to eat on the bottom .great fish eateries and picture taking of the boats and ferries



whats great about this neighborhood no cars allowed just the cute red trolly its right off the taxsim area lots of places to eat and shop food, desserts and a mall very busy area


this bridge reminds me of the verazzano bridge in brooklyn huge and beautiful



we stayed in the taxsim area this is where you get the big bus tour just look for the bus parked in the square they will help you with your questions there are a few avenues that start from the taxsim area that will take you to shopping and food areas theres a starbucks to, very nice park to sit



this palace is huge and beautiful and the real thing ,artwork, jewels, the rooms where they ate, bathed and beautiful gardens very peaceful



dont forget the art work that is in the train stations they have beautiful murals,galata tower and area, big bus tour, taxsim area, the bridges theres just to much



this church and museum is a great place to take pictures of it in day dusk and night its all lit up and the fountain as well, very busy area for shopping and eating. inside very beautifull paintings. very old



outside they have a place to sit do you can wash your feet then take off your footwear i brought a bag to put them in go in and sit and just look at this great beautiful mosque



this starbucks is big great coffee, inside seating for about 100 people ,right in taxsim square



ive been on about 20 of these tours they are double decker buses they have bet 2 and 5 routes depending on the country istanbul has 2 routes european route and asian route do both .they give you headphones the tour is spoken in about 8 languages, they have covered tops to protect your from rain or the cold. the bus takes you to all the important things to see and do



compared to the prices we paid in the turkish eateries this place was over priced about 40 bucks for 2 sodas 2 fries 2 hamburgers not worth it in any country



we got the 2 bedroom apt big rooms ,kitchen, shower, bidet,and living room, each room has its own temp control ,tv microwave, fridge, the doormen ,housekeepers and servers were fantastic, the buffet breakfast was great. beds very good near everything



this mosque is huge and beautiful the grounds are huge nice gardens check out the chandeliers inside, the area has plenty of shopping and eating



theres a big war memorial in the middle, a lot of people hang out and sit there,its a meeting place, a lot of buses and you can get the metro here ,they have a nice park shopping area and places to eat



this is a cute electric trolly its runs most of the day and some part of the night we hopped on to take pics then hopped off we dont know where in goes or how much it costs but its cute



this is the place a lot of people forget get off the eminonu stop on the trainand walk around lots of shops and places to eat and some sites to take in beautiful neighborhood and walk across the galata bridge
very nice peaceful and quiet some picture taking just walk around
