DEFINITELY the riser seats are better. They're more comfortable and you're up off of the floor. I was a bit disappointed that the video screens weren't used during the recent Olivia Newton John concert except during the pre-recorded wildlife preservation segment of her performance.
Every time I've gone to a show there, I've had floor seats. I like getting as close to the stage as possible. But I would think pretty much anywhere in there would be good seats because they have large screens that sometimes get in really close to the performers. I was checking out the screens more than a couple of times just for a better look! And if you don't like it really loud than you can have the best of both.
There are not bad seats in The Auditorium, but floor seats great if want to be close to stage, however i sat in riser in very back and seen the show great, so what ever you prefer to seat i think any where is great seats, depends on if like spend more money on better and closer seats.
The floor in the concert auditorium is pretty flat. So either get tickets for up front near the stage, or get tickets for the risers. There is a price difference, with the up front tickets being more expensive. We had a good view of the stage from the risers, and the ticket price was reasonable. Look at the map before you buy. Also there are 2 large video screens of the stage. If you purchase tickets in the middle or rear of the floor your view of the stage may not be as good (but you can still see the large video screens). Especially when people stand up.
