Daft question but when booking the ferry via the holiday park when do the ferry tickets get sent to you?

They arrive by email once the booking has been confirmed by Red Funnel. Usually within a few hours.

Also we arrived at the terminal very early and they let us on the earlier ferry which was really useful.

My husband booked them online and just printed it off immediately I think.
