Hi. Does the water taxi go upto Navy Pier and do they operate throughout the year and till what time?
The last stop is at Michigan Ave. Trump Tower. It does not go to Navy Pier. However, there is a free Navy Pier Trolley that you can catch at Rush and Illinois one block north of Navy pier. Ask on the water taxi . The taxi runs from April to November. Check out their web site: Chicagowatertaxicom
You'll have to walk a little bit to Navy pier from the water taxi stop on Michigan Ave. The winter is pretty rough in Chicago, I think, so I don't know if they run the taxi in winter. Their website should say something about the schedule, or email them.
I believe this will give you all the information you need.
The web site is chicago on thecheap
The Water Taxi does not go all the way to Navy Pier but it gets within a short walking distance... or you can take the Trolley, but with the wait time on the Trolley, its easier to walk.
I want to say, but not sure that it's available til October. Maybe google Chicago Water Taxi to double check that. Chicago Water Taxi links up to the free Navy Pier trolley at the Michigan Avenue Stop. The trolley picks up at Rush and Illinois one block north of the Michigan Avenue Stop and will bring you directly to Navy Pier's front door.
I believe until sometime in October, but not sure of times. Their website should tell you exactly
