Thinking of taking the family the first week of June for the first time. How are crowds historically during that week. Will we need the Premium Play Bands (Fast Pass equivalent) to be able to do all/most of the rides in one day? Thanks!!!
We've been to Legoland twice during the summer and have not used the premium play bands. The lines move right along and there's plenty to do. Both times we stayed overnight at the hotel which is a fabulous experience for the whole family. It also allows you early entry into the park. The WaterPark is really great especially for the warmer afternoon time. You can definitely do everything in one day.
I have never used a fast pass. It is really hot though!! You can always buy the band there if you change your mind.
School is out and it can be very busy. I believe the Water Park may be open as well. The Water Park is closed for part of the year. I would suggest the Premium Play Bands for a One Day visit.
I don't think you'll need to purchase the premium play bands. LEGOLAND isn't that crowded anytime of the year. If you are planning to go to the LEGOLAND waterpark, I suggest giving it 2 days. The waterpark would be nice in June, because it's SO hot. Sunscreen and waterpark - 1/2 day waterpark and 1/2 day regular park, so you're wet and not too hot. If you purchase an Awesomer pass, the parking is free ($17 per day otherwise) and the water park is included, too.
