Book directly on the Ngong Ping Website at least a few hours before, then keep the confirmation email (with barcode) handy on your phone, or print out the ticket. You can scan the barcode directly at the last entry to the cablecar itself, rather than waiting in the lines to purchase/collect tickets. Saves you at least an hour on arrival.
