Hi. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Do you have connecting rooms? If so, which room type do we need to choose during booking?
Do you provide a shuttle from cruise terminal to your hotel? If not, can you give best estimate as to cost of taxi/Uber?
I stayed this hotel for 3 days, and I paid the deposit which is refundable I was explained when the checking in.
But on the receipt, there is printed NO REFUND! ???
