Hi. I have a reservation to come to Cave's Branch from April 13 - April 16. I have a family of 4 - two adults and two children (ages 12 and 14). We would like to do some tours while we are there. We are an active family who would enjoy cave hiking, tubing, waterfalls, etc. What tours are available in April given the possible dry river? And which ones would you recommend for my family? Thanks.
My husband, 11-year old son and I will be coming in April. I've heard that ATM is a must-do. But the Waterfall Cave Expedition gets great reviews too. We only have 2 days to do adventures and I'm wondering if these 2 adventures would be a bit too similar (namely, swimming, scrambling in water in caves). Do you have an opinion on which one we should do? Also, what is the water temp in these caves? I can handle the physicality but I get cold easily. Thank you!
My wife and I are planning a trip in April 2019, I read that the river is usually dry at this time and I was wondering if the cave tubing and cave waterfalls would be flowing at this time of the year. Please let me know as we would really love to experience these adventures and would plan accordingly. Thanks!
Hello! My husband and I are doing 2-3 of your caving expeditions in April during our honeymoon. I have heard conflicting information on whether the rabies vaccine is necessary due to bats in the caves. Is this a concern? Do the bats bother you or touch you? Is this vaccination necessary in your opinion?
