We just arrived from our 7 day Mexican cruise and had the greatest time. The service at Royal Caribbean cruises is excellent as usual and this time was not the exception. The staff at the main dining room was excellent Thank you to our Head Waiter Gil, and our waiters Fitra and Ikadek Awesome experience thanks to you guys, my family and I had a very good time. Also the comedy shows were excellent we went to all of them. The organization is top of the line and everything went smoothly and it was a very relaxing vacation.

This is a massive ship. we did not even want to get off the ship at ports. The solarium bistro is an underused gem of a restaurant. The zipline was a lot of fun. The crew is fantastic and very helpful. The virtual window in the inside room gave the feel of having a balcony, though it is a small room.

I gave 10 stars if I can, I stay 8/20/22-8/27/22 cabin 6139 let me start for my cabin was an inside with a tv window, my cabin Stuart Mohamed was so nice and hard worker he clean and organized our room every time I’m going to miss him so much. Lol The food was great! We get the food package every day in different restaurants, the hooks seafood restaurant 10+ Robin our server was an example of customer service. Steve for the steak house thank you for all the service and attention. And thanks to all the nice educated staffs, you guys make our vacation in 7 days in heaven. The cleanest of the ship, the activities, the comedy shows, the musicals, the water show, the ice skating show all of them was to another level !!! To royal Caribbean cruise thank you for training your staff to be an A plus. Definitely with this cruise you hook us forever!!! Highly recommended

We had such a great time on this ship. There is always something to do and the specialty restaurant dining package is a great value. We had our teenage son with us and eating is all he thinks about right now. He was never hungry and ate more than I do in a month! The Ultimate Abyss was super fun. We had never been on this ship so this was a new experience. It isn't open all the time, but make sure you do it once. The shows were great. I enjoyed Hairspray, Flight and Hiro!! They were all entertaining and well done. Our cabin was wonderful and everyone on this ship is soooo nice and accommodating. We had the most incredible time and can't wait to do it again!

7-Day Western Caribbean & Perfect Day at CocoCay cruise last week. Fine staff, huge beautiful ship, enjoyed the main dining room (didn't do specialty restaurants), wife, 9-year old daughter and I didn't even get to everything we wanted to do, or do what we did as much as we wanted, there was limited time and so much. Did Thrill Water Park at CocoCay; it didn't show up on our app. calendar like other excursions, nor did we get cruise tickets for it. Be aware of that. They didn't have the Pets at Sea (Build-A-Bear type thing) we had on Allure of the Seas in the past; RCI's been moving away from those. Water slides and Ultimate Abyss dry slides were cool; didn't have the little lazy 'river' (donut-shaped tub) that Allure did in 2019. Pools were crowded, but hot tubs were not. Pizza good at Sorento's. Arcade underwhelming (maybe not a bad thing!). Very pleased with waiter (Ikadek), assistant waiter (Sujati) and stateroom attendant (Agus Suryantara). Windjammer can be a zoo because it's hard to find a table. When someone leaves, a sign says unavailable till cleaned by staff. I...had a different definition of 'available,' then found seating easier. Serve yourself - I know some want staff servers, but I can serve myself faster, and most anything that moves people through the 'jammer faster I favor. Wife and daughter really liked Hairspray, daughter liked Hiro (impressive athleticism; I have no idea what the story was), Flight was okay (but on front row, far side, very loud at times!), iSkate 2.0 rocked. The line for laser tag was ridiculously long, so we skipped it. I saw 2 offerings our week. The Royal Promenade had 2 Coke freestyle machines; one seemed out of most sodas all the time (which I've noticed on other cruises, and suspect is deliberate). The other worked most of the time, but occasionally got maintenance. The machines in the Windjammer tended to work fine. Learning how to get into the t.v. menu options via the remote took quite some doing. It's easier to use a paper Compass than Royal's app. or the Compass you can find via the t.v. (eventually), but you need to request this early in the cruise (I'm guessing swiping them off service carts as you pass in the hall might be frowned upon...but we won't talk about that...). Voom Stream version was pretty good. Got slow at times, and we weren't watching Netflix movies, but pretty good overall. My iPhone, my wife's and the kid's iPad mini were on the 3 device plan. My iPhone 12 Max Pro got randomly kicked off, but they didn't have that problem, and getting back on was easy. Bought the digital photo package pre-cruise soon as I could; the 45% off was only offered early on. They limit you to the 100 photos; late in cruise, I went to the photo gallery place and had to go through selecting which ones I wanted. If I wanted the rest (42), I was told it'd be another hundred dollars). Was told I'd get an e-mail link in 4-6 days; it came today (2 days). The website it led me to had both my selected (unlocked) and the ones I didn't choose (I'm guessing for a fee I could still get them). Ship photographers did a fine job.
