terrible experience, I bought the specialty dinning and it was a disaster no reservations, I decided to eat in the main dinning room for lunch and to my surprise a worm. The person who cleaned the room paid no attention the only animal she left in 8 days was a cobra snake. Harmony of the sea was the worst cruising experience!

I’ve been to various cruises and this has been the worst experience ever in my life and I won’t recommend anyone to waste their money for such and vague xpereinece specially if you are an Indian as they have least respect for Indians as even when 50% of passengers are Indian they do not bother to change the menu at windjammer which is the designated place to have food. Some of the staff members are misbehaved as irrespective of the fact that you are eating food if they want you to wear a mask you have to wear it and they are very adamant about it. The cruise thinks of you as a big fool to be on the cruise as you can have drinks till 2AM but you won’t be able to have a single piece of snacks anywhere around the shop after 9PM and there is no single option available to have something to eat. This cruise feels like a hostel more than a vacation or it would be even better if I call it a privileged jail. All the restraints are closed at 9PM and you cannot buy anything to eat after that even if you are ready to pay. The only option available is a pizza which is a pre made pizza with only 3 available options and nothing else. HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED. There is no provisions for entertainment of adults and all the shows are useless and extremely boring. Very dull and boring cruise at all decks and places.

Long story short we booked 3 rooms through them to fly direct from Europe to Port Canaveral which would mean a 7hr 30 min flight and we would land in Orlando the day before embarkation. What we have ended up with is a 12 Hr 30min flight into Dallas, followed by a 2hr 30 min layover and then a 3hr 30 min flight to Orlando and arrive in Orlando in the early hours of the morning of the day the cruise departs. We will be exhausted from the travel not to mention the worry of luggage going missing in the transfers. We had to fork out an additional €2,200 to have our group of six to sit together. There is nothing we can do as their terms and conditions allow them to make such changes. In addition, to complete the pre-check-in you have to select the 30 min timeslot that you will arrive to board the ship with the earlier time slots fast disappearing however we can't select a slot as customer service has told us that we won't know the time that they will pick us up from the hotel in Orlando to take us to Port Canaveral until we arrive at the hotel in the early hours of the day we cruise which means we will be among the last to board the ship after waiting around for hours. There have been multiple other problems that I could write pages of a review. The bottom line is you should avoid RC.

My wife and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary by taking our very first cruise ever. Unfortunately she got sea sick and we both got unwillingly quarantined for COVID, despite having had 3 negative COVID tests within the 4 day cruise. We were unable to have access to the entertainment that we paid for during quarantine and it was very depressing. To make matters worst, there was no reimbursement whatsoever for their error in the incorrect COVID diagnosis that forced us quarantine. The experience was horrible, and I simply wanted to warn anyone from going through a Royal Caribbean cruise during this COVID era, as a simple sneeze can turn into your worst nightmare.
