Where do I start. Many are repeats from past trips but, with no changes from past Carnival trips, it is obvious these common complaints are not a priority to the company. First and foremost, this ship has raw sewage leaks throughout. Certain hallways had the nauseating smell the entire cruise. Other areas seemed to have an intermittent smell. Either way it is disgusting. 100s of complaints and reviews about the same problem over 100s of cruises and it stinks just as bad now as ever. Obviously they are just bleeding this boat and it's customers as much as they can until they have to fix it or retire the boat I guess. Ask a worker why this hallway stinks so bad and they act they do not know what you are referring too. Second complaint, also a repeat on every Carnival cruise, is lack of food options in the late evening after a show or whatever. Sure you can get pizza or a sandwich, but you will stand in a line of 100 people to get it. 1 or 2 people making the sandwiches or pizza. With a crew of hundreds, you would think they could open other options or have more people to keep the lines moving. Obviously not concerned with that aspect of customer service or your time. If you play the $3000.00 bingo be advised. They do not tell you that that same $3000.00 pot is over multiple cruises potentially. You have to get full card bingo in 49 numbers or less. 4 cruises and the host said no one has hit it. The bingo cards are not cheap either. Oh, then when you purchase them, they ask if you have ink, like, " yep I never leave home without it, of course I need ink. 99% of all players need the ink."' because you will have to buy the ink for an extra $2.00. Instead of just charging you $40, $50, or $60 for the card packages with ink. They charge you $38, $48, or $58, then pop the " will you need ink?" $2.00 ink cost on you. Then during the rules they tell you the 49 number thing. So, $3000,00 bingo is misleading. You go in thinking someone in that crowd is going to win 3k, not the case at all, someone with in 5 cruises or so will win the 3k. Three, when you purchase the drink package, then go to an island that Carnival runs or owns, the drinks are not included. Even though they cart all the stuff off the boat and back on the boat at these private islands. Wife orders a Pina Colada when we get there, guy comes back with an 18.00 tab for the drink. It did come with a plastic twisty cup though. Trash can was full of them. Pretty weak in my opinion. Fourth, also consistent across every Carnival cruise I can remember, is the air conditioning in the cabins is pathetic. If you are towards the front of the boat it might be better from what I understand. If the room stays locked up all day it will be about 77-78 when you first get in there. Then with two adults, it is 79 with in minutes with the thermostat turned all the way down. I do not think the little refrigerator even worked at all. Fifth, all the grab games in the casino are a fools bet. The grabbers will only actually lock and grab something 1 out every so many cycles. The key in the hole games are rigged as well. You can stop dead on the hole and they key moves and additional 1/8 - 1/4". Ok, I will stop a 1/4" early, nope stops on a dime. Get into the potential zone of fitment and the arm moves a 1/8" more or what ever. So your chances of stopping just perfect and the arm stopping like it should are astronomical. Sixth, wanna watch a movie out on the deck. Maybe eat some popcorn? It will cost you. Something so simple and they charge you after all the f-ing money you spend. Pretty greeby in my opinion. Seventh, and this should actually be number two, is there should be a big sticker on the back of the Cabin doors that says "On behalf of your neighbors please do not let your doors slam". I do not think most people realize it at that moment and a reminder would make a huge difference. A door below, beside, or above your cabin will wake you up all night long. You can close the doors without a peep, but if you let it close on its own, it is very loud. My daughter and her spouse made an appointment to look into buying the photo package of roughly 30 photos and they tried to charge her $3000.00. Price gouge much???? I think you pay a little more up front but you do not have to deal with any this on other cruise lines. They pay more attention to the little details. I have been on probably 10 cruises, mostly Carnival, and have not ever left a bad review but, after this one it is obvious, these common complaints are not a priority to them. We have a voice in our reviews that reach a lot of potential vacationers that save their hard earned money sometimes over years and work very hard to go one these trips. If you want quality in the details, pick another cruise line.

We (15 people) had a most wonderful, fun day swimming and snorkling along the coast south of the port of Sami, stopping at some great beaches accessible only by boat. A huge thank you to Tasos and his crew for an unforgettable day. Thank you Tasos for sharing your great knowledge and insight into your wonderful island, Kefalonia. LIBERTY CRUISES we will be back.

What a bad experience from start. This was my 3rd time and must say perhaps will be the last, I have one more booked for April 2023 which i strongly thinking of cancelling it, after all who in right state of mind will pay X amount of money to be disrespected. Unfortunately, things went bad from the minute we got on board, we were the very first few allowed to get in as we had suite booked and was greeted by staff name Lisa (in red polo shirt as we walked in) Lisa was Rude, and had very poor manners, she treaded us as we were taking her time…one instance I had printed our itinerary on both side of the paper (home printer) that had bend her out of shape she slammed her phone on the desk that we were waiting on and with very harsh attitude said each itinerary should be printed on separate page. her action drew lots of attention toward us and we were made uncomfortable and embraced that was the start to our so-called vacation and from there things went down upon the return I realized Carnival no longer have customer service line available for traveller to address their concern ..so I sent e-mail to the guest services and sure enough have not receive any respond back.

We had a great time on this ship. It was a family vacation for a birthday party. 6 adults, 1 teen and a 4 yo. The cabin was spacious enough for the 2 adults and 4 yo and he had the time if his life! Food was good, the restaurants were excellent and I recommend the drink package it you plan on drinking between 7-15 drinks per day. I was not able to even hit 15 drinks a day, but It was also a family trip. LOL They changed our itinerary and we went to Bimini instead of Nassau, but we were NOT disappointed! This is a great cruise for couples and families. I did not see too many single adults.

Second time on Liberty. First was few years ago for a 5 day cruise. This time was a quickly-planned 3 day to Bimini with a friend. We did snag a suite on deck 7 for $ and $500 cruise cash. So, we got the Cheers drink package and wifi with our credit. This is Carnival and we have cruised it several times on different ships. Liberty is tired and outdated but easy to navigate and has reliably decent food in the Olympian Dining Room. Guy's burgers used to be very good but it seemed tired too and kind of sloppy and unkempt. The toppings bar doesn't have bacon on it anymore or didn't have the different sauces. The pool area was awfully crowded (as usual) so we stayed at Serenity, the adult area. We usually travel w our families so we never have a chance to just sit in the adult area. Serenity was pretty quiet and relaxing with lots of lounge chairs and a good bar and chair service too. We really enjoyed that. Alchemy bar was our favorite and the female bartender always remembered us and made our favorite drinks automatically. Drinks were strong and so good. The Steakhouse is def worth the extra #! Our filets were perfectly med rare, sides were great and appetizers were good too. We had wine and that was nicely paired with our dinner. Our service there was impeccable. Our cabin was a standard suite with a decent balcony. Several lights in our room didn't work (bulbs?) and our in-room safe never locked, We asked our room concierge to look into those issues but nothing changed. Our room steward wasn't attentive and we only saw him once. Our room was left untouched two days. I understand staffing shortages so that wasn't a big deal. Our bathtub had a broken drain control so the first shower I took left standing water in the tub and, after two calls to maintenance, he removed the drain plug and the control and said he'd fix those later. Beds were unusually comfy (other more $$ cruises haven't had those) and the bathroom is large. Bimini is a developing port so don't expect a lot. Golf carts were in short supply and we luckily found a guy who rented us one for the day. Beaches there are gorgeous but kind of trashy. Bimini will e a great port in a. few years with some development. Overall, the Liberty is a decent ship w/ reliable amenities and food. We never ate in the main dining rm and the sushi and asian restaurants closed too early for us. We did have pizza delivered one night and that was good. Def spent alot of time on the Serenity deck and at Alchemy. No regrets about that. Met some wonderful people though. Probably won't sail on Liberty again but it is reasonably affordable and easy to move around on it due to the smaller size. We heard there was a leak of some kind (sewage vs AC condensation) and deck 2 was flooded but, thankfully, we had no issues with that.
