What travellers are saying
- Carolyn MAberdeen, UK514 contributionsThis had been on our 'to do' list for some time but the storm that caused such damage & then the pandemic affecting international travel meant we finally got round to it earlier this month. It was a tad warm (speaking as someone who lives in north east Scotland!) but the gardens, paths, trails, water features, statues, buildings etc are beautifully organised & maintained & it's easy to find your way around to the various areas of interest. I would love to come again in Spring & Autumn to see how it looks in these seasons, & I am aware that the ridiculously hot weather in the area in recent weeks/months has had a detrimental effect on some of the trees, plants & flowers, but I thoroughly enjoyed our wander around & the many lovely things we saw & read about on the information notices.Written 30 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jdroberson70North Houston, TX4 contributionsI love rhat, although its next to a very busy road, there's a special rype of tranquility here. I really enjoy the two-mile trail.Written 9 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- wally CranfloppDudley, UK75 contributionsIn 1869 myself and Roger Vlootz (a visionary brewmaster) set out to create an experience that would be better than the rest.
Displaying true craftsmanship,Roger found this beautiful place.
It is run with passion using the finest skills including premium Czech management and embodies the spirit of wonder in every step.
After only 154 years we discovered that coming here was our mission and we stare at the animals in utter delight.
Our favourite attraction is the talking llama,he can talk for hours and is very knowledgeable about sports fashion in the mid 1970’s.
The restaurant is ok,we only had a caviar stuffed truffle with lobster terrine but it was very nice and well worth the $375 we paid.
A very nice way to spend a day (closed at night due to the staff needing sleep and the managements fear of the dark ).Written 22 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The leaders speak on relevant topics and draw you in with passionate preaching. They also have teen service and children services.

- Rather_NomadicPanama City, FL1,921 contributionsLocated on the backside of a business park but they’ve added a great outdoor patio and grass area. Nice selection of various beer styles in small and large pours. The beers I tried were definitely above average, especially the King Cake stout. Friendly service and average prices. They also offer beer to go. They have a food truck schedule posted. Kid and pet friendly. Great craft beer option north of downtown Houston, especially if you’re near IAH.Written 29 April 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chrisinkingwood2Houston, TX5,696 contributionsThis is a great venue for all kinds of field sports from football to soccer as well as track and field events and the stadium features a state of the art score board with an 18'5 x 50'6 high definition video board and a 4' x 38' scoreboard. Currently the largest "High School" video board in the country!
The seating capacity is 10,200!
We go here a lot for high school football and soccer games.Written 16 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. That wasnt the brightest idea, but everyone had a blast (no pun intended)
The place is set up with at least three courses -
One is a traditional inflatable close quarters range
One is a very large range with boats and tires and spools and crates for cover
One is mid range with buildings and tires/blocks
They offer some inventive games and tailored it to the kids video game experience - which they loved
Well worth itWritten 3 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
