Must see place when you visit Udaipur. 3hr drive. Vimal Vasahi and Luna Vasahi are too good. The work on marble is so very intricate and feast to our eyes. Photography is not allowed inside the temple complex.

Mount Abu lies in Sirohi district of Rajasthan.
Only hill station of Rajasthan is most visited by tourists from neighboring state Gujarat and also from other states of India and Abroad.

Mount Abu is also International headquarter of Bramhakumari's.

Abu Road railway station is the nearest rail head and Udaipur nearest airport. One can also reach Mount Abu by road.

Best season would be November to March(winter season) and June to August (rainy season)

Vimal Vashi is one of the temples of Dilwara Jain Temple. It is dedicated to the 1st tirthankara, Rishabhanatha. The Vimala Vasahi Temple is carved entirely out of white marble. The temple stands in an open courtyard surrounded by a corridor, which has numerous cells containing smaller idols of the tirthankaras. The beautful carved corridors, pillars, arches, and mandaps of the temple are simply wonderful.

Arbuda Devi temple is situated at ~2 km north of Nakki lake atop a mountain.

The Arbuda/Adhar Devi Temple is reached by climbing up 365 stairs carved into the mountain. The temple itself is located inside a rocky cleave and is reached by crawling through a small opening into the cave.

Lot of people visit this shrine. Restaurants and shopping complex are lined throughout the path.

Main temple complex is well guarded. No mobile phones or bags allowed inside. You have to keep it with security guard and they will give you token.

A must visit place when you are in Mount Abu.

View is good. Takes 10 mins to reach. Horse ride is available .But they charge 130/- (Forest dept.) which is way too high compared to the service standards.

Located ~5 km south of Nakki lake. Gaumukh temple can be reached by climbing down ~700 steps. You can witness ever flowing water from Gaumukh (Cow mouth). Further down you can visit the main temple and ashram complex.

A must visit place when you visit Mount Abu.

Great walk, about an hour. Steep to begin but then fairly easy. Clear path and amazing views of the mountain side and plains.

Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is a bird lover's dream come true! Went there last month, and wow, the number of birds is amazing. The trails are easy, and I spotted so many colorful birds - parrots, peacocks, and more. The atmosphere is so peaceful. It's not like a zoo; the birds are just doing their thing in the wild. Bring binoculars if you have them! If you enjoy nature and birds, this sanctuary is a must-visit. Loved every minute of it and already planning my next trip back!
