Even though is popular (and therefore busy) you can find a spot to throw down your towel and go for a swim. The sea wall protects you from any waves so is a great place to swim at any time. Is a fairly gradual sand bank underwater so you can feel safe to walk out even if you are below 5’6’ or not a confident swimmer.
Lots of bars and restaurants there, though expect them to be just a fuel stop.

Bit of a hike for us oldies!! plenty of rest places going up. Get to the top and you realise why you went. What an excellent view of all Mogan and beyond. Make the effort and do it!! You will not regret.

We followed the marked trail starting from the wind mill in Mogán and running east of the main road to Puerto de Mogán's northern part. Medium difficulty and a soon quite dramatic landscape with nothing newer than a couple of thousand years old in sight.

Large market but a lot of repeats of the same stuff. Very little original here and most items you can get in beach shops. Highlights were Canarian perfumes, lava jewelry and some local food products. If you need beach dresses, hats, swimsuits, underwear, leather goods, then you can find it here. The market brings a good buzz to the town. Be sure to arrive before noon as quite a few of the vendors were starting to pack up about 1 pm.

This is exactly how a bar should be run. Efficient, friendly, smart, and lovely drinks.
We found this bar on TripAdvisor as well as seeing it when we were in N44 eating.
The owners are a friendly and welcoming couple, Martin and Wendy, who've been out here a long time and know exactly what they're doing.
It's relaxed, with Martin's singing just the right volume for a bar. You can chat and still listen, which is exactly what you want in a bar.
We came almost every night of our holiday and enjoyed every visit.
    Highly recommended 👌

This decent sized shopping Centre was located straight opposite our hotel so we called in a few times.

It has a decent mix of bars, restaurants and shops but there wasn’t much that interested us.

We did use the supermarket a lot which was very handy and had a great range of products.

It is just about worth a walk out of town but probably not more than once!

Great bar just off the harbour/marina. Few tables outside to people watch and a TV inside if you want to watch football. Reasonable prices and big measures. A lot of locals and residents pop in here so it didn't feel overly touristy. The owner - Oscar - runs the bar and was hospitable chatting with new customers and regulars alike.

Don’t do what I did and discover Lenka’s yoga on your last day in Puerto de Mogan. An accessible class, very well taught, in a relaxing environment. Just the way to start the day…

Trip advisor says I have to write 100 words for a review but all I want to do is let people know that Cuba Libra has been renamed Revolution in Porte de Mogan. I'm here on holiday at the moment in Jan 2017 and failed to find the bar, but cycle hire shop put me straight. Well, that must be close to 100 words now!

Just seen Johnny Amobi perform at Anfi in Gran Canaria and did he get people out there singing and dancing!! As soon as Johnny Amobi started singing people of all ages just came to watch, sing and dance. It was like a lively party. He was very entertaining and the crowd thoroughly enjoyed his show. He's a talented singer and was very engaging with the crowd. He's worth seeing. Truly entertaining.

Met Elvis at the door after a meal in the port.
What a lovely fella, a Scottish Elvis. We decided to see the show and were not disappointed. The venue is very well appointed. Drinks were abou a euro dearer but it's free to go in ! Really enjoyed this end to the evening, wee worth a visit. Check the board outside for who is performing. You will not be disappointed.

My young daughter went there twice for the foot experience and it was a real laugh watching her laugh as the fish pampered her tiny feet. Well worth a visit.
