The tour guide Alex was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We saw sooo many animals from elephants, zebra, ostriches, lions, antelopes, water buffalo and giraffes. Tsavo is amazing park. It's so big that you feel like you're on your own. We did a day trip from Kilifi where we were staying which started at 5am and we were home about 12hrs later. This worked out perfectly for us as we didnt have time to stay overnight. - Idill M3 contributionsPeaceful experience , we arrived a little bit late so we couldn’t enjoy as much as we would’ve have wanted , but definitely would recommend !
The camp looked so nice I would’ve love to stay there for few days !
And the canoa ride was very nice , we had the opportunity to see Flamingos , and our Captain Daniel explained to us so many things about the community living there !

- Shakeel H9 contributionsAn excellent 2-day trip to Tsavo East Safari for those who are on a budget.
On the first day, we were fetched and guided by our driver Mr. Juma, arrived on-time. The travel from Mombasa to Bachuma Gate took around 3 hours, and a quick tea/toilet stop in between.
In total, there were 3 game drives. 2 on the first day, 1 on the 2nd day. Mr. Juma had done a fantastic job showing us around the park until we managed to see all the animals including Lions and Cheetah! Very informative too on the animals.
The tour operator, Patrick, had taken care of us very closely from the beginning and ensure we get the best experience.

It was great to know that all the costs had been paid for which allowed us to just enjoy the experience and truly explore. The Hell's Kitchen was a real highlight! Watamu and Gede are very interesting places and the Ruins of Gede are awe-inspiring!
We could not fault the Mawe Hotel, with friendly staff and brilliant food! The second day involved all day on Watamu reef and Mida creek. Crystal clear waters and mangrove forests are definitely something to be enjoyed. If you have your own snorkel equipment I would recommend you take it as the goggles provided were not very clean and was very difficult to see, the boat was also very busy.
