What travellers are saying
- SurvivoryLuxembourg City, Luxembourg1,108 contributionsHonestly one of the nicest and most beautiful beaches I have visited. Not crowded at all. Partly because we visited in the off season, and partly because the beach is so long that you can find an empty corner if you walk a little bit further.
Water is cold, but nothing is perfect.Written 23 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. When we went it was out of summer season and there was no one at the beach, it was windy but it was perfect for a walk, we got great pictures, enjoyed a run on the beach and after went to the cafe there that was still opened. It’s very peaceful (again, out of season).Written 12 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- KarenMo132Essex, UK74 contributionsWe went to the small restaurant here for lunch and wow what a view, absolutely stunning! They have a relatively small menu but have to say the food was delicious and not expensive - definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too.Written 29 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Beautiful clean beach, crystal clear water, just about right waves to have fun in the water , magnificent views from the top of the rocksWritten 30 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Afterwards we walked on the mine territory
and saw the red and the green "lagoons"! It struck us that the pH of the water was between 2.7 and 2.8 !!! Being Flemish I was shocked by this situation, knowing that the owner is the Belgian company SAPEC, that stands for Société Anonyme de Production d'Engrais Chimiques", owned by the rich family Velge, see the address of the museum, Avenida Frederic Velge!!!Written 27 April 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Watch the birds in the surprisingly peaceful lagoon. The insect life and vegetation is also worth seeing. I sat and painted all day long with the sounds of the sea and birds ax my music. Fabulous.Written 13 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
