    Second dive with this group and absolutely most enjoyable dives.
    First run can only remember "Peter" and company. Second run was Matt and Dave running the show. Looking forward to my next dive with this group.
    (Matt, don't get sick on the left over food or the stringy cheese)"

    Must company to dive with!

    I have traveled to the Hawaiian Islands several times (please see my previous reviews) and this cultural/food tour was definitely, unquestionable a highlight of my trips to Hawaii. Our expert guide/Chef Gio was worth the whole price you pay for admission. This man was so crafty and personable and his energy... has given him the nick-name "mayor" of Honolulu's exotic Chinatown by it's merchants, which he expertly navigates you though like no other could. We tasted delicacies from several stops and Gio made rolling preparations on his custom cart.. he had everything on board we needed! Our guide also gave us local culture info as well as vital "food for thought". Chinatown for a few hours is a must if you visit Honolulu, and you need this tour to navigate it. Highly recommended by Joe B!!

    3 things to note for the trip:

    1) Max is fantastic, also not a one trick pony - He is an avid photographer and entrepreneur. He’s got more than a few golden nuggets of info, great for conversations.

    2) it was my first ever scuba experience, so coming to grips with how different the world is down there took a few attempts. But after it was like flying free.

    3) plenty of wildlife - turtles, sharks, octopus etc;

    Would do it again in a heartbeat.

    Thanks Max!
