Nice little village with many unique specialty shops. It was a great time for couples looking for things to do in Gatlinburg.

This is probably the least expensive activity you can do in Gatlinburg, TN, and it is awesome! There is something here for everyone! Salt and Pepper shakers of so many sizes, shapes, animals, characters, and materials that it boggles the mind! Myself and my 12 year old daughter had a great time here. You can spend a little time or a lot depending on your level of interest or the time you have to spend. I would definitely recommend and return. If you like kitschy, unusual, and interesting things to do this would definitely fit the bill. Also, I think you could say it is rather sensory friendly as it's pretty quiet in there; there is a lot of visual stimuli of course but we didn't find it too loud or too bright, or too hot or cold (in late March), and no weird smells. You can ad a pin to their visitor map and their is a gift shop full of S&P sets for sale. (You may take photos in the museum but not on the gift shop.) It was a perfectly charming experience!

Fowler’s Clay Works was an awesome addition to our mom and daughter trip. Our first time in a pottery class. Mike was super nice and a great teacher! Definitely a spot to revisit

Stopped here on the way out of town before leaving, and so glad we did. Great place to get a unique gift to remember your vacation.

Eli’s Mill is one of my favorite stops in the Gatlinburg area. It is both quaint and picturesque. The shop is small, but has an interesting eclectic mix of old and new, handcrafted items, edibles, and ??? You gotta look! It very conveniently has clean restrooms across the road, which also make this a good destination at end of Roaring Fork Motor Trail.

Overall, we enjoyed the shops along the drive. We wish there had been more, a few were closed when we came through.

Although, we were able to pick up a few items from some of the shops.

Be sure to check out the Leather Shop as well if you’re looking form a custom leather belt.

We went in to just look around. As soon as I walked in the door, I spotted
my coffee table. I am from Houston, and had been shopping around at home for a new one, could not find anything of quality or that I liked. As soon as I saw this one, I knew it had my name on it. I inquired if the could ship to me - and they informed me of the process. I agreed and it arrived today. It was everything I remember. The folks their could not have been nicer or easier to work with. I highly recommend a visit to their establishment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would......

Unique shops in the middle of Gatlinburg. Multi level mall with many locally owned shops. The Soft Shirt Place is our favorite.

This is a beautiful store and all of the pieces are gorgeous! I found a necklace and pair of earrings I adore and will always remember where and when I found them. Lovely experience!

One of my husbands "must see" parts of a Gatlinburg vacation is a bear encounter. This year, we saw 2. I decided I wanted a wooden bear to take home and visited here. Very nice carvings. God prices and the genleman was willing to disuss exactly what I wanted and carve it.

Once a great idea. Artist’s Colony. But did not materialize as expected. Split Rails Restaurant is a top 10 Pittman County restaurant. But maybe only 3-4 businesses. Property could be renovated and a money maker.

Fun spot to walk through. They have some activities for the kiddos but we did not stop and do them, it was a little rainy when we were passing there. They do have a couple places to walk through and stores to check out.

We went here and did a alcohol ink watercolor. It was the best time! Jann showed us all the tips and tricks to make a beautiful leaf picture. She also provided us with all the instructions to make one at home! So much fun!
